Looks like ITNOS is getting stable

I had the 970 set to 60% power but OC'd to about 60ish mhz (trying to achieve a total speed of 1300mhz) but it kept crashing and resetting to factory, which was boosting to 1420, hence why 12/1 and 12/3 were so high. I had to lower it to about +30mhz which puts it around 1250mhz @1.050v (stock voltage is 1.212) I also lowered the 750ti a bit to around +150mhz offset since i was getting wild fluctuation in GPU power (set to 77% which is as low as it would go, but would go from 65-78%, sometimes as low as 40) but GPU usage for both cards was always above 95%
