I hate replies like this

While it can be argued as relevant, that's not what OP was asking at all, and not knowing anything about his systems other than they're both ATX, you have to consider the cost of both your proposed solution as well as the necessary changes would be FAR and away more expensive. Would it be better? Probably. But not everyone has cash to drop on a $1k CPU

    Sadly unlike your comment, their suggestion was not sarcastic, as it's not the first time they've suggested something other than what OP was asking for.

    To be honest, I have zero problems with what they have posted however, I guess had they changed the wording and made it a suggestion (i.e. "maybe considering grabbing a 16 core..."), it would have been better?
