Ugh... Doing a render on the 7700K in the Z240 system, and since the BIOS has full control of the CPU cooler RPM's I had it set to 40% at idle and under a long render the package hit 98ºC at on point.... I have it set to 60% now, it keeps it at about 90º with occasional spikes to 95  I wonder if I can convince my IT guy to get me a NH-D9L....
