hp is good enough around 35-40k, depending if you have C2 and sig wep the rest goes into ER until ~170%-220%, depending on team and how many favonius wep is in the team, then the rest is crit

I believe it's the Gigabyte Eagle OC 3090 while i do not own any palit 3090, all the palit 3080 i own (3 of them i think) have very annoying fan noise, but the temperature is decent on both core and vram so if you're not concerned with fan noise, u could consider palit, but i'd recommend check in-depth review if they're available i do own a MSI 3090, but it's the Gaming x Trio variant, not the ventus, i only have 3070 of the ventus

Afaik, it won't work if you lift the mouse more than couple mm Induction strength drops exponentially as distance increases, that's why the mouse (that don't have battery) have capacitors in them, to store charge enough for mouse lift Also, isn't it technically upside down, the way you mounted it?

Imo, 32gb is the mid-high end now, and 16gb is mid-low If someone asks me to spec a new PC, I'd totally suggest 32gb for the PC to last the next five years I've personally been using 32gb for past three years as 16gb wasn't quite enough for me already then, but I also understand I'm more demanding than the typical user in term of computing headroom needed

no, it wont the power draw during gaming or heavy application is so much higher than this is negligible the only thing i can think of is if the fans spin on and off, it'll wear out the bearings sooner, but whether if this is worth worrying about is another topic

i think the UI on steam uses GPU, because i've seen it affect some numbers when i was testing GPUs not too sure if it's only running in background without any active windows browser, and LTT website is actually heavy on GPU as well though tbh your case is a bit weird because your core and mem clock suggests it's idling in low power state, but power draw isnt

the next step is to close all gpu accelerated applications like browsers and discord, see if that makes it idle at lower power usage

i recommend only connecting the 1080p display and see if it changes anything i have no idea in this regard, i highly doubt it

using any adapters for that display? your core and mem clock seems normal at least

how many monitors and resolution/refresh rate? certain configurations can affect idle power draw, it's a known "issue" since long ago source 1 and my own experience

i read somewhere it isnt the waking is the issue, is how you put the computer to sleep something about rundll32 causing this issue when you use Rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState in a batch file
