  1. Dude, don't worry about it. Try and find places where you can hang out with other people like you or who share similar interests, that's the best way to make friends. Try and join school clubs or participate in sports (if that's your thing) if you try and be a part of the school community people will get to know you in different situations. Like others said, you will most likely never see these people after you graduate so you may just have to push yourself through it. Also, confidence goes a long way, walk around with your head up high, shoulders back, look straight ahead when you walk around, at the very least it will make you feel more confident and better about yourself. I am no sexy man beast but I am confident in myself for who I am, if people give me crap for that its their problem for being petty. One thing that really stuck with me about bullies, if you don't react to their insults then they will stop, its about power, if they lose their power over you then they have no reason to bother you. Just remember, if you ever need people to talk to, there are 72k people on this site. I am sure you can find someone to talk to, also, a large amount of peeps appear to be <18. Just don't do anything rash/stupid just to fit in ESPECIALLY don't do anything to get back at them, that will only make things worse. @helping we are trying to help, not set off Murica's next school shooting @legend8887 if you want someone to talk to, you can PM me, I am always happy to help people out
  2. *angry master-race comment about PC and Mac occupying the same voting category* - just jokes. I didn't have a TV until I was 8 so consoles weren't my thing. I think Microsoft Motocross Madness was the first "real" video game I played. I got a PS2 with Lego Star Wars 7 years ago and it still works.
  3. I am looking for a notebook cooler that isn't ridiculously big. I have a MBP 13" that feels the need to idle at about 75 Celcius and is prone to getting to 100 at 50% CPU usage. I do want to be able to move it around though so I need the following specs: No bigger than 28 x 37 x 6 cm (11x15x3 inches) so it can fit in my bag although smaller would be awesome. I have been scouring the interwebs and really haven't found anything that fits the size and has good reviews. Please help me!
  4. Where I live makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to get original stuff. My PS2 for instance came factory modded to use pirated games. I used to buy pirated games from stores where I live for $2-8 each and music was the same. Then I started to torrent games and music. I have bought original copies of things in the past but not much because its so difficult for me to do. If i want something from steam I have to trust someone to do it for me, The origin store doesn't even work (did it ever though?) Also one of the main reasons behind pirating for me is that my PC sucks and half the stuff I want to play isn't exactly playable on it, I don't want to pay $40 on something that will run at 20fps on the lowest settings. such a waste.
  5. I wasn't really sure where to put this but anyway here goes: So I have a tiny, old, sluggish Lenovo S10-3t from Q1 2010 It has spent the last 2 years tucked away in a draw because as I found out yesterday, it had faulty RAM. So yesterday I grabbed some RAM from my sister's Inspiron 1537 c. 2008-2013, threw it in and now it works better than ever. The lenovo now has the following specs: CPU: Atom N450 1.66 Jiggahertz RAM: 2GB of something HDD: 300GB Hitachi SATA 2 - I really don't know what it is OS: W7 Ultimate 32bit Keep in mind this is giving me a Windows Experience rating of 2.3 for the CPU I was wondering if there was some way that I could turn this in to a Fileserver/NAS/Torrent device. Could I possibly ghetto a WD red (the 3.5" ones) or two (in RAID) in/on to it and make it a NAS or something? Any ideas on how or anything I could use it for instead. Or let me know if there is a better place for me to put this.
  6. I got a red GBA with Pokemon Leaf Green and a Spongebob game when i was 8 then a PS2 a few years later that still works after 6 years!!
  7. Does she need a PC? I can't think of anything in that price range with 4+ battery life, especially 15" form factor. 15" laptops aren't something I am really in too but from what I have seen, laptops in general only have good battery life at $900+ price ranges. What about a Galaxy tab 3 10.1 Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 or Galaxy note 10.1? They are in the right price range and you can probably get reasonable warranties. If she is just taking notes there are all kinds of apps she can use. Plus they have good battery life, add a bluetooth keyboard for typing and an SD card for extra storage. Read some reviews and get more info about what she wants/needs. I just haven't seen any <$900 laptop with good battery life. Maybe if she waits until Q4 this year of Q1 2015 when the Haswell refresh chips come out but that's a loooong way away.
  8. some dell mouse. I've never used a "gaming mouse" before, this the best mouse i've ever used and it has 4 DPI settings built in and great feel and quality, Not bad for $15
  9. Comprehensive review of SG10. The guy in the video is kinda irritating but explains the case well. Also, to avoid any confusion, the SG09 and SG10 are so similar its funny, I think the only thing they changed was the PSU air intake grill or smthing.
  10. The FT03 mini is ITX bruh. OP is asking for mAtx also, the mini is $140 according to a quick search on Amazon.
  11. The Silverstone SG09 or SG10 are INCREDIBLY small. might be a little above your price range but well built and Silverstone also make a bag designed to carry them around. I have the bag. Its epic strong. also, Linus did a SLI 680 build in the SG09. EDIT: Just saw that you already watched the SLI video
  12. People that have no idea what they even used in their builds -.- Talking to a guy about his build I gleaned these quotes: "4 Sticks of 4Gig RAM, the platinum ones" "Cooling Master case" "3 built in fans so it gets pretty cool inside" dude couldn't even remember what CPU, GPU or Storage he has! GARRRRR!!!
  13. @MegaDave91 No I found it on Reddit.
