hmmmm okay cool. I thought over clocking the CPU might increase FPS and decrease rendering times. If it doesn't increase it by a significant lot then i guess I will go with a non clockable CPU

Because I am on a $800 build and if I spend more than 50% of the budget on the card I wont be able to get good processor and keep the build under $800

hmmm cool. I thought if I overclock it I would get better performance. If I dont need to do that to play games in 1080p, 60+fps then I am totally fine with it
