  1. Hmm I may get it still. It's such a nice ultrabook. I can probably play path of exile on it too. I assume it isn't as intensive.
  2. Wondering if the XPS 13 is capable of running wow since it's basically the most GPU intensive game I play. I'm looking for around 60 fps on medium or better settings. I'd be getting the UHD version with the 256 SSD (yes I know I'd have to play WoW in 1920x1080 and not native). I'm also looking at the highest end Lenovo y40, and I'd like to hear your guys' thoughts on it, but I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on the XPS 13 first, as it is a much more aesthetically pleasing laptop. I'm basically between both of these atm, as < 15 inch screen is a must for me (15 feels too big for a laptop to me). This will be replacing my desktop when I move out. Thanks.
  3. Currently between that, the y50, and the asus GL551JW Leaning towards the asus the most right now.
  4. Yeah, I may just go with the y40-80. I was kind of hoping for screen quality similar to the retina models of MBP, but most windows laptops that i've seen that have high res also have scaling issues.
  5. Well crap idk then. Forgetting everything we've said, if your life depended on it, which laptop in the 13-14 inch range would you recommend that is thin, light, and capable of playing the 3 above listed games at 60 fps? (If any)
  6. Thoughts on the 13.3" asus zenbooks? seem promising example: http://www.amazon.com/Zenbook-UX303LN-DB71T-Quad-HD-Display-Touchscreen/dp/B00KTL21RA/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8
  7. Any other opinions? I really like how the XPS 15 looks honestly, but I'll have to see.
  8. Not really. After a brief look I do see a decent amount of cooling complaints on some of them though.
  9. I want it to resemble a MBP because they are both thin and light, as well as having great keyboards built in. I would straight up buy a MBP if they didn't suck for playing any game whatsoever.
  10. I'm moving out soon and am not bringing my laptop. The only games I really play are path of exile, WoW, and CS:GO. I need a laptop that can run these games with at least 60 fps, stays cool, and is not loud. No real price range. Screen size preferably between 13 and 15 inches. Keyboard quality is also very important (i hate my lenovo keyboard). I've been looking at lenovo y40/y50, razer blade 14, xps 13, xps 15, and a few others. The blade seems cool, but I kind of want a laptop that just looks like everyone else's. I'd get a macbook pro, but they suck with games, and I'm a software engineer in college, so I'd have to bootcamp windows onto it anyway. Thanks.
