My Arctic Cooling tech support experience:
I bought Liquid Freezer II 360 in 2019.
I just sent a mail to them like a week ago to request for the offset mount for Ryzen and included my invoice of purchase.
They replied few days later saying they are sorry it took so long and that they have already shipped the parts + extra standoff in case I lost them as the new mounting mechanism now uses some of the Intel parts that were unused for Ryzen before.
Not only it did arrive 2 days later from Germany... they also included thermal paste and cleaning stuff for free. Quite awesome!

Arctic customer service is otherworldly by today's standard
2 years ago I bought a big tube of the "oily" MX-5, months later when the oiliness issue was acknowledged I RMAed it, they accepted and sent me instead 2 big tubes of MX-4 ! (MX-6 wasn't released at that time)
Great !

Did you get the "QC passed" version or the version that needs water block change?
The one I bought got a water block filled with gunk before swapping it to an alternative (sent from Arctic for free).
AFAIK I have the good one otherwise it would probably not last almost 5y already

Last time I had this good support was when my first ever Kingston SSD broke outside of warranty period and I emailed them just to confirm it's the drive issue.
They told me to send it to them and have sent me brand new model as a replacement without even asking for it.

The Dual Sense controller battery life is a joke but otherwise the controller is solid. I just miss the back paddles a bit.
I got like 6h of battery life playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I played for the first 2h with haptics enabled but the game makes the controller vibrate like crazy 90% of the time which got annoying really fast.
But still, I get like 3-6months of battery life with two AA batteries on Steam Controller.... wtf is this. Heck even my Razer Basillisk Ultimate mouse gets at least a whole week of intensive use without RGB.

Update:
After I updated firmware and charged to 100% I've played Shadow of the Tomb Raider for around 13-14h with Gyro but with no haptics until controller died. It's definitely much better.. BUT... still abysmall. That said, at least I can play for 3-4 sessions now before I have to charge.
I haven't tried if it's also possible to disable the LED on the controller, maybe that can give me another 1h if it's possible.
Also for whatever reason I have to use my Steam Deck wall charger as the controller even after 5h plugged via USB into my PC barely got any juice.

Haptics and adaptive triggers are the most power hungry given my experience.
My "record" is 4h from 100 to 0 in Returnal, which uses both aforementioned functions very heavily.
It uses them really well, I must add - this game is pretty much a benchmark for dualsense controller in my opinion - keep in mind that I played on PS5, did not have chance to check PC version.
And about charging through PC USB port - I think that controller is in the "working" state then, not charging, so maybe that have something to do with it.

Yes, the haptics are awesome. I've only tried Ratchet and Clank for the triggers but I plan to play TLoU after I finish Tombraider and apparently haptics should work there as well on PC.

Did a fresh install of W11 Pro today. Updated to the latest version. Apparently I'm still unable to uninstall Edge or Copilot despite being in EU and I have set everything for Slovakia.
Is the update not rolled out everywhere yet or do I need to do something to get it to uninstall?

Is anyone using Discord web app?
Is it always this incredibly slow to load and sluggish?
I was thinking to stick to using web apps instead of installing most of the SW but I feel like I'm being crippled with DIscord on purpose.

Not sure what would cause that as it seems to work fine in Vivaldi here. Maybe try refreshing the cache "CTRL+F5" or checking Network and Console under the Developer Tools (F12) to see what it's hanging on.
Seems like good old restart of PC worked for whatever reason... I couldn't restart sooner because I was still doing some stuff and I honestly did not thought it would really help
