If a notebook has a RTX 2080 or 2080ti and a 1080p display, can you use DLSS since on PC it's locked only to 1440p and 4k on these cards?

    Guessing no unless you use Dynamic Super Resolution.

    AFAIK, you need to use native resolution to be able to even turn on DXR so DSR won't work.
