If you are looking for sound quality i would not recommend getting wireless headphones. For 300 dollars you could get a pair of IEM's thats at least a couple times better than the bragi dash but without all of the special functions of the dash. I too have looked into the dash, I think that its a very cool idea but i'm not very sure about functionality and they also seem super easy to lose. If you are looking for a good bluetooth headphones i would recommend the Jaybird X2. If that's out of your budget just reply and i can help you look for something else.

Make sure that your mic isn't being hardware muted. Check on the side of the inline control (refer to pic). There should be a little sliding button that will mute your mice. If that doesn't work try to go into your device manager and reinstall your headset's drivers. Hope you work this out! I had the same problem.
 

Watching FMA right now. Im on EP 42 right now. Loving it. Have no idea why i havent watched it earlier. Also has anyone watched Hozuki no Reitetsu before? The humour in that show is just amazing.

If you need something with good noise isolation, the Kingston HyperX Cloud might be the best you can get in Canada. The Beyerdynamic DT770 would probably be good as well if it's within your budget. Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear might be available as well if you need something portable, but IEMs are generally more recommendable for portable isolation.
 
If you wont be using them in a particularly noisy environment, open-backed headphones are kind of amazing for many reasons. Pioneer SE-A1000 is one of my favorite cheaper options, but if it's more expensive than anything else I'm about to mention, skip it. The Sennheiser HD 518 and audio-technica ATH-AD500 are very popular "entry-level" "audiophile" cans (I'd lean to the 518 for your music). AKG's K612 and Beyerdynamic's DT990 are slightly more expensive options and are also great.
