three words: Nuclear Power Plants
 
They create steam, steam that can be condensed back into usable water, which could be used for irrigation, and the power from those power plants could help power desalination plants used to create drinking water. (edit: not the steam used to turn the turbines, but the steam that's released from the cooling towers, which isn't radioactive)
 
there, now california has power (no more "flex your power" commercials) as well as irrigation and drinking water. Oh wait, I forgot about the hippies standing in the way.
 
 
Not to mention:
More jobs because people will need to work at these power plants and de-salination plants
More power for electric vehicles, decreasing dependency on oil, decreasing pollution

If the videos that go live on youtube would have gone up at the same time even if Vessel wasn't a thing then that's fair enough.
 
If videos are going up with a 3 day delay just so you can upload them to Vessel then that is very disappointing considering not everyone watches your videos on a computer and can't access Vessel.
 
Just saw that it is a 7 day delay not 3 days, wow....
 
I can understand not wanting all your revenue to come from one place and being screwed if that revenue went away but 7 days is a kick in the balls for people who have been watching Linus from his NCIX days like me.

The truth of the matter is that 99% of our viewers would have never noticed we were uploading earlier somewhere else if we didn't broadcast it.
Vessel is an extra thing, not a replacement to our existing youtube business.

EDIT: Thanks for all the likes guys! Hopefully Linus or someone from LMG will read this and this will make Linus keep his build. Even if the goal of 100k is made we should convince Linus to do another build maybe, with signatures from the whole LMG family and maybe even his wife. This would let Linus keep the build he has with the special case his wife gave him. Besides, his personal PC would be more special to him than us.

Power supply is a sentey 750w

And those components were just bought and not fully put together yet

At the moment the CPU is an amd apu over clocked to 3.5(GHz)
