Your monitor is at 165Hz.
I wouldn't suggest OC'ing it that far.

Well in all the game benchmarks the 9600k is a winner.
So maybe those 2 extra cores do not make the difference atm....

Well it's definitely not a fault of your monitor since this is a screenshot, I'd say it's a prank or a virus since it's made to look like a dead pixel.
