Well, the gpu wants to cool itself down. You either increase the case airflow(so that the gpu never goes above 50 c), run the gpu fans at minimum speed or turn the fans off via software and let it run at 70c when idle.

Dick move by Seasonic then.  Since cables are manufactured and bagged separately, then can easily have spares.

You have the privilege to have 2 bottom fans, they should absolutely blow air straight on the GPU...

I would put exhaust on the AIO and all the rest intake, it might get better temps.
