How do i know if the game supports it?

So i have just built my new gaming pc, which i absolutely love, but the HDD got damaged during shipment and because of that it´s really loud, so i´m gonna send it back, but the thing is that i have all my games on the HDD that is really loud and i have played Witcher 3 on it already and i was wondering if steam saves your in-game saves or do i have to manually move the save to the new HDD once i get it? -Thanks

Since i am a first time builder, i have a alot of questions, so here it goes: 1. Will the be quiet! Power Zone 750W 80 plus bronze, full modular power supply power the system i am going to build? (specs below) 2. Do i install the graphics card drivers from nvidias homepage or from the manufacturers (zotac) homepage? 3. In the motherboard manufacturers homepage there isn´t a USB 3.0 Driver, what do i do? 4. What is INF and do i need to install it? 5. What is intel management engine driver and do i need to install it? 6. What is intel smart connect driver and do i need to install it? 7. What is intel rapid storage technology and do i need to install it? 8. Do i need to install the VGA drivers if i´m not going to use VGA? 9. Do i need to change anything other in the BIOS other the order that i install windows? 10. Can i use an external USB dvd drive to install windows or do i need an optical drive? 11.
