  1. the Corsair only has one rail he said im like .... WTF
  2. ok well i have made it all pritty stable im really confused about this cards power consumption tho, the guy at u-mart was telling me that the 2 8bit rails with 24amps is a system minimum and not a requirement, mine is hooked into a single 12V rail from the psu corsair 1200i and the guy says this is fine becuse it has enough to power it i dont really understand but he kinda sounds like his full of shit.
  3. K ill try the fresh driver is that dosent work ill try my hardest to get a refund and replace it with a GTX980 i dont know if i can afford 2 right now tho.
  4. Yea it needs 2 rails 24amps each, I have tryed the benches both with crossfire enabled and disabled I get the same results
  5. never seen it go over 55c, i do have a PSU Corsair 1200i setup with corsaid link i wonder if it is crashing the pc, the r9 295x2 can pull 500w so maybe its getting confused honestly i got no idea i think ill bring it back into Umart and have them look everything over and set it up correctly this time is the GPU is faulty im sure they can tell me and ill RMA the thing.
  6. ok so i finally got the Steam benchmark to work without crashing, i did not buy the compleat version i only used the demo but at times my fps went as low as 30 fps Link to my Results: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/3863744 I don't understand why its recorded as having such a great result when i was seeing lag and fps lower then 30 by the end, they did start strong at around 120 but just went down and more down.
  7. I tried Steams 3D mark Demo and it Crashed the pc
  8. the image fits to the screen fine, but the tearing still happens. i could not find the dot to dot in my tv settings anywhere, /sadface
  9. Benchmark #, AA off, Vsync on Unigine Valley Benchmark 1.0 FPS: 55.6 Score: 2328 Min FPS: 20.7 Max FPS: 61.7

  12. thank you ill try all of that, allso going to run some benchmarks and post here so people can tell me what it all means lol.
  13. Its really Strange because its only in some instances like take for instance when i play FFXIV ARR or GuildWars 2 i get basicaly Flawless gaming apart from some FPS issus in heavly load areas on FFXIV, but when it comes to assasins creed games or saints row im getting Choppy as hell screen tearing and in cutsceans the FPS drop down to 23fps, in Assasins creed Freeddom cry i crash when trying to change settings and it lags at highest setting also it is tearing like all hell. playing Tomb raider on the highest possible settings i get a amazing picture no tearing but only around 35-50 fps, i expect more from the r9 295x2, are my expectations to high ? ill try some of the suggestions you proposed although at the risk of a bit silly the idea of me messing around with things i dont really understand scares me wich is why i did not build the pc.. i guess it was to much to expect an expert to build it correctly /sigh.
