if you are looking to buy new pair of headset for FPS games, i would recommend looking into IEMs there are plenty of them at that 10-50euros pricepoint that will blow headphones out of water in same or 2x price bracket. i ordered myself kz s10 pro x for 28euro so i am waiting for them to arrive, other than that look up on yt there are plenty of reviews on budget iems.

Depends on headset, i dont know enough in general to tell you but i have corsair hs60 that are terrible in surround setting, while being better in stereo, atleast thats my experience with EFT which is not known for good audio.

Thoughts: Exciting indeed, if all goes will it would certainly develop at a new speed like never before. Can't wait to see what other companies have to offer as well considering Vigin galactic got into trouble again.

They wont shut down or make FM illegal. FM will still exist onwards, but the network will be sold to private entities and operated by small local radios. Thus coverage will be shitty and channel selection even worse.
 
They will "effectively" shut it down by migrating every big and popular radio channel from FM over to DAB+. All government channels will be DAB+ only by the end of 2017. Alongside that will be P4 and Radio Norge. Which together with P1, P2 and P3 more or less accounts of 80%+ of all radio listeners.
 

Alright, so I think I'm safe when it comes to reposting because I've been scanning the first two pages of the Tech News and Reviews section and used the Search tool vigorously and haven't found any actual 'news' posts... needless to say, I'm a bit late to the party. Oh well.
 
So there's a little 'rumour' (well, it's safe to say that it's real at this point of time) that outlines a massive driver update from AMD that will bring many new features and game optimisations, not unlike Omega and Crimson. It's created a lot of hype and rightfully so, because it also marks the integration of AMD's new capturing tool that will be the long awaited answer to NVIDIA's ShadowPlay - "Radeon ReLive". Anyway, I hope this post helps you understand what exactly the Crimson ReLive update will bring.
 
RADEON RELIVE
Radeon ReLive will be AMD's take on ShadowPlay and hopefully replace Plays.TV altogether. AMD promises that it will have a minute performance impact (somewhere in the ballpark of 1-3%) so it's not different from SP at all in that regard. But most importantly, it requires no registration which is essentially a big 'F U' to NVIDIA, unintended or not. Awesome.
 
RADEON CHILL

Radeon Chill will apparently regulate framerate based on in-game movement, in which AMD claims that it will increase efficiency by up to 31%, decrease temperatures by up to 13% and reduce frametime delivery to display by up to 32%. Looks like AMD put that HiAlgo tech to good use. Fantastic.

Thoughts: AMD went up and beyond to deliver a fantastic driver update with their own answer to Shadowplay. The hardware encoding improvements look promising but Radeon Chill looks especially interesting. Can't wait to see how that turns out.
 
AMD's driver game has been great from what I've heard and seen, and judging from the many, many problems/issues on the side of the Green Team, it looks like they're running away with the 'Best Drivers' award. Good on you AMD. Hope the driver update is as good as it sounds.

There's literally zero chance that AMD will launch something that competes with a 6900k for $300. AMD has always priced their CPUs competitively. So if it performs like a 6900k, then it will be priced like a 6900k (maybe 10% less).

I usually like his reviews but comparing reference noise and thermals with aftermarket 1060 while having reference model of 1060 is big no for me. In my opinion he should have done reference vs reference. And he is known for favoring EVGA . So he might have been sponsored by EVGA to do their model instead of reference, but i dont think he is kind of guy to "rig" the results. But that is just something that i did not like about that review of his.

This was my point. While i totally would get 1060 over reference 480 for same price point. But unfortunately here nvidia is atleast 50e more expensive than AMD and thats like quarter of month's pay for someone of my age (19) in this shitty country i live in.

If you took kids from today and took them back in time to when I was between 10-15, they would be dead within minutes....

1) This reviewer is an idiot and probably the most unscientific of all the reviewers I've seen
 
2) Nvidia fanboys and zMeul's are still fanboying hard I see.  
 
3) No mention of the fan curve used or what it was at and what the dB rating was at that fan speed
 
4) no mention of the usage of the new overclocking tool which allows voltage changing
 
5) No reseating the heatsink to see if it maybe had poor contact or not enough paste.  No investigations done whatsoever. See point #1
 
6) This forum is no better then WCCF in terms of commenters/trolls/general skepticism or intelligence displayed.
