  1. No, the earpads are different, not just in colors. I had the DT880 Black Edition and the earpads felt stiff and uncomfortable. Fast forward to last year, I rebought the DT880 but this time in Manufaktur edition and the earpads comes very comfy. Probably Tygr 300R earpads.
  2. Better buy them legit from legit stores. The chances of getting counterfeits are very high, like really very high. And stories like "I got them as a gift" is used for billions of times. Just the same old cringe excuse. Apple, Marshall and Jabra are so far the most that can be made fake and I've experienced that. And oh, serial numbere means shit. They can just use any serial numbers from authentic ones.
  3. I had the Airpods 3 and it's trash. The fit is indeed a problem. The sound is also not that good too so I returned it. I had the Airpods 2 and it's one of the most comfortable earbuds I had. I gave them to my sister as I got the Sony WF-XM4. She loves the comfort of the Airpods 2 too.
  4. It has nothing to do with budget at all.
  5. Gaming headsets are trash. You don't need apple dongle to power the Tygr.
  6. Beyerdynamic may be famous for their bright highs but not all of them have that issue. The affordable DT880 and Tygr have smooth highs. The not so affordable Beyerdynamics with smooth highs are Amiron Wireless (Copper), Amiron Home and the T5/T1 3rd gen.
  7. If Fiio K5 Pro is expensive, the iFi ZEN Air is a pretty fine one too. Or iFi Uno. Beyerdynamic Tygr is also a very good headphone aside X2HR.
  8. I recently got the JBL Live Pro 2 and they are the best in-ears I ever have! Warm, non-fatiguing sound, amazing and powerfull bass which is great for movies and series. Comfort is excellent and it got EQ app. On Amazon they $99? I got them for €110. They beat the shit out of Airpods gen 3. I had the latter and didn't like. Comfort is bad too.
  9. I would have bought it if there were black color. I'm definitely NOT gonna buy the white version.
  10. Funny thing is, I wanted the HiFiMan HE560 and after reviews, I dropped it because of the treble might not be for me. I tend to avoid any EQ because if you HAVE to EQ it, then it's not a good headphone.
  11. Yes, that's what I mean, broader or airy-er soundstage. Closedbacks can do that too. I had the Beyerdynamic T5p 2nd and its soundstage is really impressive. But yeah, like I said, they are not really cheap. Personally I don't have preferences, be it openback or closed, I love all the headphones in my sig. So far the only closedback I have is the Amiron Wireless Copper. Excellent headphones, smooth sound and great soundstage too.
  12. Some closedbacks do have excellent and wide soundstage but they are not really cheap unfortunately.
  13. I asked ChatGPT what's wrong with me and it said nothing is wrong with me.
  14. Hmm, I'm starting to doubt this topic is serious. Using ChatGPT as a reliable source and Realtek being a super duper respectful brand? We can't help you further, so you're on your own asking ChatGPT for miracles.
  15. Who told you that? Only wireless increases latency. You're limiting yourself big time and HD800S is not a headphone you want to use with abomination onboard audio. No one in their right mind would do that, ever. I don't know the exact reason to have all your hardware inside a fulltower pc but that goes for keyboard, mouse and monitor to be there too.
  16. Motherboard audio is trash. Such audio as you got there are screaming for external audio solutions. Another benefit is, you can take them over to any pc/laptop.
  17. Asus ROG Ally is 2x faster so they gonna add more and better machine guns.
  18. Internal sound cards are so stupid and inconvenient to use. You have to pull the whole thing out of the pc case if upgrading to a new pc. External audio is full of freedom and can be placed anywhere. You made a good choice getting that DAC.
  19. External audio solutions will always stay superior. Internal sound cards are not really good because of inconvience and they increase chances for buzzing sounds from the Internal eletric components. Onboard audio are usually very weak. External audio can be placed anywhere like directly next to your monitor so it's much more convenience.
  20. Really lame and weak excuse. Next time put your topics on hold. Post them when you fully read them and taking your time. Not only your computer is trash, this topic has gone to trash too.
  21. Well, another good headphone is the Beyerdynamic Tygr. It's a bassier headphone so I don't know if you like that. My dac/amp is the Klipsch Heritage amplifier. It has been discontinued unfortunately. My PC is placed too far away to use any other headphone so I prefer dac/amp right next to my monitor for convenience.
  22. Funny thing is, I bought another X2HR when it was on sale on Amazon a few weeks ago So yeah, I would recommend another X2HR, they are too good to stop using.
  23. Fidelio X2HR or Beyerdynamic Tygr.
