  1. Only 10milion...? Bitch please, that's such outdated low tech. We already got HDR10+ with 1.07bilion colors.
  2. Exactly! Why are we asking? Simply because we don't know! That's a way to gain knowledge. And then them telling you to do your own research... Bitch, GTFO of my face. Extremely tiresome! And not everyone uses/knows about craptocurrency. My parents for example and they reached old age so they know jack about that shit. All of our bills are simply paid in EUR.
  3. Don't forget the way how to try to correct you in a very annoying and arrogant manner. Like, "are you stupid? I'm smarter and better than you so what you asked is very stupid."
  4. Very worrying indeed. My cousin came to me and he wanted both of us to invest €250 and that was many years ago, like in the R9 290 mining era. Glad it never happened. Even "investing" €1 is way too much for that pyramid nonsense. But the fact that your relative came to you to invest $25K so she would get like $100K or even $400K? Isn't it false advertising or scamming at maximum? Uninformed people sees that ad and they immediately sell their kidneys, house, cars, kids, parents to gamble any penny they got? You wrote she didn't gamble it all away, so she still gambled some away?
  5. Good, let them collapse and take the idiots with them that invested in craptos. I don't have any sympathy for the dumb fucks who entered pyramid crap hoping they can buy a Lambo.
  6. Good, that's the way how a country should treat companies like that. You don't comply? GTFO then.
  7. I'm one of the gamers with a 22" monitor, and for many reasons like the contrast and screen uniformity. Black is not grey like you see that a lot on IPS screens and screen uniformity is near perfect, or just very much perfect so no bleedings. I can simply enjoy movies and games with dark scenes without backlight bleeds. I've been looking at other monitors for countless of times but I'm very afraid about the backlight bleeds and bad screen uniformity. And Scamsung is not really a monitor I want from because of their horrible QC issues. Glad I didn't buy any so it will be this OLED monitor. I don't really worry about the antiglare panel, I mean, I had two OLED monitor to try out and the contrast is damn amazing. If LG would make 27C2 and 32C2, the monitor market would implode.
  8. What about Asus MQ16AH? It's a small portable OLED screen with amazing picture quality. Despites it's a 1080p, you can still use nVidia DSR to play at higher resolutions or AMD VSR.
  9. JOLED can simply fuck off and pack up. Since january 2018 or somewhere in 2017 and still very low volume and expensive. Eizo Foris Nova and Asus PQ22UC both 21.6" at €5000... Of course no one is waiting for such absurdly priced monitors. Personally 27" is the max. I hope LG will also release glossy screen version but I doubt that.
  10. Oi Intel, if you're lurking on this forum, you just gave me reason to stick to my 4770 so go **** yourself. I avoid such practices like a filthy parasite.
  11. I've had two OLED monitors in the past and the pixel response were very fast. You can simply say goodbye to blur. I returned them because fuck JOLED and their prices. JOLED have this strange issue white turn blue-ish at day two. So you wanna enjoy winter wallpapers or movies? Snow got blue ink all over them. JOLED is probably DOA.
  12. How I shop: I see a beautiful headphone, I do reseach or wait for it to be released and read the reviews who were there at like CanJam. I wait patiently. F5 at release date, put that precious egg in the basket and finish the order. Waiting obnoxiously for the deliver guy to ring the doorbell the very next day. I see that beauty, put it on my head and enjoy. Now it's that I'm that guy that hunts or buy headphones that looks very different than what most people are used to. So not into overrated or popular headphones, instead, I get them by their unique designs like the Klipsch Heritage HP3 and Meze 109 Pro. And also a collector. All of my headphones purchases you see in my sig have been bought blindly because of course, most of them are not something you can listen before buying. Or the distance is simply too far and I don't have a car. And yes, I do have an external dac/amp which is the Klipsch Heritage headphone amplifier. In person it looks very beautiful and it looks nice on my walnut desk. I also read reviews of it. It has been discontinued for years unfortunately. Luckily I got a spare unit, just as New because it was a show model. You can see from my reply I actually audio a lot instead of being critical/analythical. That's what makes this hobby so nice and exciting.
  13. Exactly. For now we can only wait. I do have my concerns tho regarding the matte screen. I prefer glossy screen because the colors are so much more vibrant and vivid. You have the 42C2 so you know that already. My room is dimmed though so it should be not an issue. 27" 1440p OLED? Count me in!
  14. For us Europeans it's gonna be €1200+ because inflation and retailers jacking up the prices.
  15. Lol, I was about to post this, too late I guess Anyway, it will be likely cheaper than the over €2000 UltraFine OLED 60hz monitor. Definitely looking forward to it!
  16. Not trying to be a jackass but only you/your ears can decide, not one of us. Pick one depending on your mood. You can always switch between them.

    Upgrading dac

"Upgrading" the DAC just for what? Exactly, as long as you don't know why you want this DAC, you're wasting the money. That's not true, sorry but that's really not true at all. Headphones does that, not DACs. Here I have many headphones and the Fidelio X2HR probably got the most wide soundstage of my whole collection. The Klipsch HP3 got a holographic soundstage, Meze 109 Pro got a nice wide soundstage too, not very wide but still damn nice. The headphone with the least soundstage is probably the Tygr. One thing is for certain: every headphone got their own sound signature and no DAC can turn a Sennheiser HD600 into a Sennheiser HE-1. Audeze LCD5 costs between €4999 and €5669, Sorry but that's insane for one single headphone. My whole collection doesn't even come close in the cost of the LCD5 lol
  18. The DT770 is on a whole different league compared to trasher mano'war "7.1". What I would suggest is, get the DT770 from a webstore with good return policy in case you don't like. You like it? Check wether you need an amp or not.
  19. I know, right? That thing is massively overrated. There are more DT headphones than just 990. The DT770 and 880 are durable too, Tygr and Amiron Home too. Th the latter is more in the price range of the DT1770 and DT1990 but this could vary between countries. People that are sensitive to sharp treble should avoid the 990. I've experienced the sharp treble and holy shit, very painful!
  20. Hi, welcome on this forum! Before we throw with recommendations, what do you seek in audio? Want more bass, or treble? And want better noise blocking? Or is envoirenment noise not an issue? Ad for what will you use the headphone(s)?
  21. Out of curiosity, why DT990 in particular? Is it because everyone uses it or recommends it? You have to know the DT990 are treble monster with ear-piercing highs. Now we don't know if you're sensitive to that. And will you be using it for phone or PC use? And with built-in sound card, you mean the onboard audio of your motherboard? There is a chance you won't need a external dac/amp and there is a chance you will need. My onboard audio which is the Realtek ALC1511 if I remember correct is pure shit. It can't even drive my 32ohm headphones lol. Another good alternative is Beyerdynamic Tygr. It's like a mix of DT990 with the highs of the DT880. Openback too and comfort is excellent.
  22. I live in the Netherlands and it's fucked by one single asshole. But that aside, the difference between MS and nVidia is that nVidia has a bad repution like their behavior. ARM is used in whole lot of tech? Imagine if mr Leatherjacket gets his filthy paws on it and it will screw over everyone with it. What companies says doesn't mean they'll stick that, they can always change. EU is like a scared bitch of other countries, so yeah, what EU says doesn't mean they will DO.
  23. Exactly. Many many games have been exclusive for consoles for many of years and EU never jumped on that nor US. The only crybabies (including me lol) were of course upset because the games we liked were/are not available on for example PC. But we of course cried for a few minutes in the corner and moved on to other stuff. If a company decides to drop that platform, be it PS, Xbox, PC, Switch, Linux or any other, let them. And oh, what's next, EU will fine them for dropping games for PS3 and PS4? Give me a break... Politics is seriously full of malfunctioning braindead people. The world is in great recession and all they worry is about some games no longer on other platforms...? My Goodness.
  24. I would rather have the EU use their time and effort on important things than this nonsense. This is about gaming, not about nuclear warheads or something they're gonna jump on. And there are many games that are only exclusive on platform X and yet we don't hear EU scream and yell. There have been games that were exclusive to PC and later ported over to other platforms. There have been games that were exclusive on consoles and they were (much much) later ported over to PC.
