Censorship is wrong, in just about every way. If you have children, do what you are supposed to do as a parent, don't lie to them, don't sugar coat things, EXPLAIN THEM.
 
As a parent, your job is to guide your children through life, until they can make their own way. Lying to them, and protecting them from things, handicaps them. You're not supposed to be JUST their friend, or JUST their authority figure, you're supposed to be a guide. Offering nothing more than truth, and context. The things which an individual needs to form an opinion.

No she doesn't. Ever heard of socialism? If something is declared a basic human right in a socialist country, the government will pay for it. Just like in Norway, where housing is a right, and if you can't afford it, the government pays for it.
 
Internet is becoming a human right simply because the world is making it impossible to live without. If it's not guaranteed as a right, then suddenly lots of people one day will find it impossible to communicate with government institutions, do their taxes, receive and pay bills and more. Such a situation will put someone right outside of society completely.
 
It is inevitable that every civilized country will have to follow this example. (Germany has also done it, but I don't think they set a minimum speed or used the word 'broadband', just internet - then again, it's practically impossible to get internet below 1mbps anymore practically anywhere in Europe. In Norway, 5 mbps is the lowest I've seen in years)

Actually thats a bit deceiving. That link you posted was to Qnix with multiport. That version has A LOT higher input lag(because of the added scaler of the multiport model), than the normal version with just DL DVI-D input. No one ever recommends that version, because its bad and its not even overclockable(some say they got it to 85Hz).

Only the multiport models have that PWM dimming you are talking about.
 
The lack of scaler in the Single-input model actually makes its input lag really low. Measured to be 1-3ms
 
You cant use the single-input model, with consoles though. Lack of scaler does this.

I have tested them both for frame skips and they skip none...
