I used to use barrette style ear phones that came with my discman/walkman, wear a hat or band to keep them lodged well in my ears so I wouldn't lose quality of sound (yeah.. quality). I was out for a dog walk this eve and messing around with my cheapo sony ear buds and realized after so many years of not using the hat method just how much depth of sound i was missing out on.
Can someone suggest an ideal earbud setup that will stay well sealed, produce dynamic sound and be pretty resistant to the rigors of exercise. It's mostly cycling/running as gym work doesn't involve as much jarring motion.
