Say I order windows 8.1 on NCIX when I get my confirmation email will the cd key for my widows be in there or do I have to wait for it to get to my house??

I fixed it I am new/stupid and had the hdmi plugged into my MOBO

I just build my first pc, when I press the power on my case all the fans turn and I think everything is working so I spam f2 to get to my bios but I have yet to get there after trying countless times. My monitor says "no signal" when I turn it and my computer on, I need to get to the bios to install widows but I cant, I have tried HDMI and D-Sub and says No Signal. If anyone knows why this would happen and a fix please comment, thanks. SPECS: CPU: i5 4660 GPU:GTX 970 MOBO:ASROCK Extreme3 RAM: 8GB HyperX Fury SSD: Kingston Now 120GB HDD: WD Blue 1TB
