It sounds like you may have a misbehaving explorer shell extension.
 
Two utilities you can use to manage them are Autoruns from Microsoft Sysinternals, or ShellExView from Nirsoft. Autoruns does a lot more than just manage shell extensions, so be careful if you use it.

This happens to me all the time. It usually happens when I hit the power button but not sign in (quick check my messages) then put the phone back in my pocket before the screen powers down. It feels like someone is using a magnifying glass in the sun on my leg. When I take the phone out and check it is cool to the touch. I am going to try removing that option for authentication and see if that makes a difference. (fast forward 10 years and I have an eyeball growing out of my leg lol ) 

This is my attempt at a proper build! I've saved long and hard and finally I've been able to afford my dream case and a new PSU and res/pump combo!

The case is great to work with, it's so modular! Everything can be moved and shifted around, and I had to move the motherboard tray right to the bottom so I could fit my stupid cross flow radiator!
 
What are everyone's thoughts/criticisms?

Just aesthetically, it looked better, I like the round Asus badge on the motherboard, and if I put the gpu in the upper slot it covers it up. With the amount of airflow this case has, it definitely won't be affecting temps

Graphics setting. I did happen to me where I changed to full screen and once I restarted it went back to window. Make the change from in game it should be ok

Played for around 2 hours last night, as I'm at work now, and it played beautifully! Everything at max settings in 1080p at 60fps with Vsync on. Not even the slightest bit of lag or stuttering! VERY Impressed!!!

No reports yet, can't give you a certain answer unfortunately. Theoretically, yes, absolutely. In practice, we know what happened with far cry 4... the game runs just fine, except it was artificially locked not to work on it.

I would say its like AW where an i3 still worked cause it had 4 threads, but not 100%

you're full of it!! enough now you won't run an FX-6300 on a cheap 760g board you need at least a good 970 socket board with a 6+2 power phase design on there to allow overclocking and get ''somewhat'' reasonable performance for your money AND you also need proper CPU cooling for that, where as the intel setup can run perfectly fine even on the cheap ass H81 boards out there and for something like the i5-4440 or i5-4460 the boxed heatsink is PERFECTLY adequate to use and will keep the cpu way cool enough and if installed in a proper vented case will not even be loud under load. And yes this i5-4440 slap bitch an overclocked FX-6300 at EVERYTHING including editing, modeling, rendering AND gaming.

Pretty much the only difference between the 2 is features, and the fact that some H81 boards need a bios update to work with newer Haswell CPUs while H97 boards don't.

Why buy now. For all we know GTA V will have better multi-threaded or single-threaded performance. Wait until the game comes out.

I thought the same, but building w/e u want and gathering resources with friends has its magic Try it and u will see.
Its crappy graphics are for a reason: any machine can run it. With high res texture packs it looks somewhat acceptable.
And game is old as hell and received no official visual updates for too many years, only content got uodated.
Thanks to YouTube game made a billion if I'm not mistaking. Kids love it.
