    that is directly from Microsoft that will trigger the upgrade manually

    this resolves the following issues:
    I wan't a CD or USB installation media I don't have the upgrade option on my task-bar (that's a missing KB update) (windows6.1-kb3035583 to be precise) I reserved my copy but it wont install - this will trigger the install for you

    not at all download the image and you can upgrade using other paths http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install

     
    Edit here: the what that means is you should upgrade your existing windows system (old  drive) then do the clean install on the ssd (clicking skip for product key) and it will self activate.
