  1. Hello guys,so,i want to ugrade to a new GPU that is power efficient, cool and such for longer lifetime,i was wanting to go with a GTX960 (Best solution for my budget around 290 euros),BUT i have an FX-4100 which a lot of people say is a huge bottleneck for any newer higher-end graphics card,so i started looking up for some processors and mobo's,and in my price range the i5-4460 (220 euros) is okay, but i'd like that some any other i5 was cheaper...So,i was hoping if an overclock on my CPU would make up for the bottleneck or is it just impossible to get the best out of the GTX 960 with a FX-4100
  2. Yeah, hate on little sucker,i cant afford a decent monitor so gtfo.
  3. You're kidding me dude. Hell no. The icons are too big,and also the taskbar. http://prntscr.com/5wegm7 here is my google at the 100% zoom.
  4. I already istalled the latest drivers for my gpu. As i said. It's still the same bro.
  5. So,since my GPU died a couple of days,i'm using my onboard gpu from the Gigabyte-M68MT-S2 AM3+ motherboard (Nvidia Geforce 7025/Nvidia Nforce 630a),i have adjusted the resolustion at 1366x768,which is my native resolution, but it still looks like its stuck at 1024x768 resolution. I have tried installing newest drivers and everything, but still stuck with the 1024x768. It's really pissing me off,and hurting my eyes, take a look at my pic. So any logical suggestions anyone?? Everything seems okay with the VGA cable that it's connected to... http://prntscr.com/5weczc http://prntscr.com/5wed76 I have tried swapping it to 1024x768 and even 800x600 my conclusion is that it's locked at that resolution...I want my native res back :'( 1366x768
  6. Well i have two computers, this is not my setup,it's my dad's computer,we have similar setup haha so i do not, this is one-time topic. And yes,i though of it too,but my monitor only supports DVI single link and VGA port,so it suck...Ill wait for the GTX 960 to come out,so the hell with it. I'll never go back to AMD,that's for sure.
  7. well in this setup i only have one HD6850,which we assume is dead...I will try it a bit later on,but i think there is no hope since the onboard one does work fine Such a shame,it did work 3 years perfectly,it NEVER overheated, and was used for some casual gaming ex: Counter-Strike: Source and stuff like that,i'm amazed it died. I didnt point out that i'm using a DVI to VGA adapter to plug it with my Monitor, maybe the adapter is the fault? I've tried some other VGA cables, and the issue was still the same
  8. Yeah man, removed the GPU and connected the monitor with onboard GPU,everything is fine now, i do have the display. Does this mean my GPU is dead?
  9. Hmm i dont think that the GA-68MT-S2 has an onboard graphics, alldoe it does have a VGA plug on itself, but i dont have a gpu on the fx-4100
  10. Okay guys, need a little help here. My computer runs, the fans are spinning, the hdd working, everything seems fine, but i am getting nothing on the display! I dont think reseting bios will do anything big, because i do get the post beep sound from the motherboard,so ehat could the issue be?
  11. Hm,okay, which CPU includes it? How faster or better is it in comparison with 840m?
  12. I think i'll rob the bank hahahah ,anyway thank's on the thoughts!
  13. I'm mostly playing Far Cry 3/4,Battlefield 3,Crysis 2/3,and indeed i do play CS:GO/CS:S haha but that doesn't suit me much
  14. Well sadly,it's expencive as crap! With any higher-eng mobile GPU the prices are insane, which mobile GPUs would you suggest?
  15. The same you mentioned, the i7 4510u and the gt840m It can't be that bad...
