It definitely could be worse. If you have 15 or 30 days for replacement try taking it back and getting another. Online order or local?

Browsing for rgbs led strips on their site .. went to log In and couldn't figure out my password..been awhile since I have went to there store. Sure enough I experienced the same problem stated above... banned.. can not access the site. I did have old items in my check-out as well. No idea why I'm banned but if it's the same case of old items In ur account they have severe problems.
The only purchase from this daz was a set of rigid light strips.. I have no unpaid bills lol..
I will just take my money else where

    Pretty good..  no worries there.
If you want a good overclocking mobo spend a bit more and get the Fatal1ty.

So my glass panels for the case came in. Here's some more pre-finished shots. All my parts should be coming soon that were getting cerakoted. And I'll be pre-building the loop using PETG, mailing it out to Mayhem's, and they'll make glass tubes to mail to me pre-shaped.

Here's some pictures of the build progress. I'm debating on where I want to mount the reservoir and pump. I'm thinking in the secondary chamber on the case, for noise isolation and keeping the main chamber from looking cluttered.

Ordered some more cable combs for the two on the GPU. Though I might sell the 1080's and upgrade to 1080 Ti's, though that's not 100% yet. Already sinking enough money into this build, don't need to put in more really

I've started messing with the glass tubing, including bending and frosting it for the light dispersion when the build lights are on. The glass panels should be done in a week or two, and I'm going to have my two radiators, some case panels, and some internal parts, all cerakoted in a few days so that they match the silver finish of the RAM, monoblock, cable-clips, and SLI bridge.

Unless it is just for aesthetics and design a single loop with a two 480mm rads would more than enough especially if you had dual 480mm sharing the cooling. Once you get to so much rad space you see less and less return in terms of cooling but it can benefit with silence if you run ultra low RPM fans.

I'm looking for a wireless or wired/wireless mouse for gaming and portable use. In my current setup I have a projector and two monitors soon to be 3! I need something decent that can adapt to any surface with a fair distance of wireless capabilities.
I have tried the logitech mx anywhere 2 and it seemed quite decent and did work on multiple surfaces but I didn't really need it at the time. Spending a 100 Canadian would be perfect but I'm willing to spend more if it will be worth it.. It will be used for light gaming as this will be paired with my second computer. Open to all suggestions and price ranges!

These are excellent I have two sets of 1' ft in top and bottom of my case.. Highly recommended! https://www.dazmode.com/store/category/best-rbg-led/
I will be getting another set if these for my other comp in the very near future.. I am intrigued about the magnetic RGB set from pc performance someone else linked in response to this thread..

I would say more ram.. What are you implying? Are you asking about gaming in general or using the engine example (unreal 4) for editing purpose?  If it was editing the more ram the better.. Gaming in general it really doesn't matter 16gigs of ram in general will be Korea then enough.. SPEED is nice but not needed really in gaming!  Ddr3 is fine.. Pick up Ddr4 2400 if this is the case

The Mnpctech support bracket works great. I am using it on my water cooled 980ti Classified. Make sure you buy the Riser kit to raise the bump stop higher. It wouldn't reach my block without it. Also you will have to buy 1 screw. 10-32 I believe it was. The one that goes through the bumper isn't long enough with the 4 extra washers installed. I've had the Puget Bracket before and I can tell you the Mnpctech version is better IMO.

dubdub reacted to Lotus in M.2 on X99-s and 5820K with SLI on?
Your GPUs are already running at x8 speed instead of x16 (which is not a limiting factor) so you still have 12 lanes available. M.2 PCIE drives actually using PCIE (NVMe) take 4 lanes. That leaves 8 open after the fact, which is even enough for a third GPU.

This is why the 5930k is a waste of money. It's really hard to use all of the PCIE lanes on the 5820k.

dubdub reacted to DocSwag in M.2 Samsung 950 vs Samsung 850 EVO as OS drive?
I personally still say 850 evo. In synthetics the 950 pro clobbers the 850 evo but in the real world boot times and file launch times will see a very negligible difference.

I find it's a bit trail and error but the easiest way it to adjust the values under the names; Sys, CPU, Aux. CPU is your cpu fan header which is what I use to control mine. I would look for a tutorial on it though to get a better idea on the software.

If I'm correct those look to be the UT60 rads from alphacool, you should be fine with 2 liters of fluid with spare, I do know though the 360mm, 60mm thick uses around 500mL of fluid itself.

I'm pretty much going to answer my own question and ditch this method of tubing routing, I just wanted to finish this loop because i did not have another plug and drain port.. thanks for the reminder of the drain port.. Don't want to get stuck down the road with no drain port! Probably going to mount it to my bottom rad or same as shert,

The DDC is square and lower, and so it causes the unit to take up less space. Also, I personally prefer the mounting options that come with the DDC variant

I've heard people recommend 120mm per GPU/CPU, but I feel this is a little light. The more the merrier!
As Deano pointed out, having more radiator surface area will allow you drop the fan RPM really low, and low noise is a key reason for doing watercooling in the first place! (plus you'll have the OC headroom)

For pumps, I like the EK pump/res combos, particularly the tube res with DDC pumps, such as this
