PaulR91 reacted to T6kke in 3 Reasons Not To Purchase ARK: Survival Evolved Early Acsess
There are 2 parts to this. While I totally agree that there aren't 3 reasons to not get it. There is only one: Early Access. And people who buy early access games should not buy it as a consumer but as a tester and someone who wants to help the development of the game. And going around in random forums telling people to not buy it is ultimately useless. You're time would be better spend giving that feedback to the developers.

But that said there seems to be an awful lot of people who think that Early access games are ready to be played. And when it turns out that it's not ready they go around complaining to everyone how bad it is. So giving info to those people it good. That said I don't think they are the kind of people who would go around looking if the game is actually good or not. Even if the game is in Early Access.

Hmm... nope. 650w is enough even for 4-way SLI, let alone 3-way. I just hope you understand that 3x SLI is actually worse than 2-way, due to min fps dropping.

The only thing is if I were you I would go with the Corsair H110i GT liquid cooler.  It costs a little more but it has rgb lighting (if you're into that) and it's gotten pretty good reviews.  Honestly though, that's just my opinion.  What you have is fine, should be a great build.

Far be it from me to point a finger at anyone for wasting money. Yeah i'd go with closer to 900 watt power supply. As far as motherboards go, I'd steer clear of Asus boards because I just cant stomach going through an RMA process with Asus if the board should have an issue (and all my asus boards have). I'd go with EVGA (preferably) or Gigabyte or MSI(seem to be better than they used to be). Any Z87/Z97 motherboard will most likely use a PLX chip for lane switching so you'll have that small latency to deal with. I'd go with the EVGA Z97 Classified. Just order it straight from EVGA. They have hands down the best customer service (they are actually in the US) and if you have any issues just call them up. They'll help you with anything.

Well if you want the "Best" I would suggest this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130764&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Intel+Motherboards-_-N82E16813130764&gclid=Cj0KEQiA3bymBRC19IrD7O_NrYsBEiQAb2dpA4nr-tST2KCirN7uYmHQzNeiWqHN9vo0UzI4iLozxnEaAgWW8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.dsHas Dualband wireless and supports SLI I have the older version of this board and have had no issues. It's a little bit pricey, but it really is one of the best motherboards you can buy.

-$1,500ish blow their minds by showing a cool 55inch 4k sony x850b - no content out but you're normal 1080p signal will get upscale to a near 4k so you can see all the detail you been missing out all these years.
-$2,300 Bowers and Wilkins MT-50, this is no piece of sh*t bose surround sound lol (BuyOtherSoundEquipment) this is B&W research it.
-$400 for a good Denon Avr 7.1 to handle the B&W and the blueray 4k upscaler.
-$140 for the Sony BDPS6200 whats so special about this blueray player is that is going to upscale any blueray movie you throw at it to a near 4k.

Yes. Also as I said, the i7-5820k will actually be worse for that game due to worse single-threaded performance. It has two more cores (6 as opposed to 4), but that doesn't help in these tasks. Also, memory speed is not a limiting factor in gaming. 3300 MHz doesn't actually do anything compared to the standard 1600 MHz. Just make sure you overclock those GTX 970s and the i7-4790k to get the most out of the system. If you don't, you're missing out on the real performance of the system you're paying for.
