  1. Hi I'm helping my friend build a computer and we ran into some problems. The mother board is a Asus M5A99X Pro R2.0. When trying to boot the system both the cpu light and the ram light flash red a couple times then the ram light just stays solid red until finally the system shuts down after about 5 seconds. I read that this may be a psu issue.http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/xMB3TW Here's the full build do you think he needs a higher wattage psu? Also if you need anymore information just ask. Thanks.
  2. What do you think about the Cooler Master Nepton 140XL? 140mm is the biggest you can get for this case.
  3. Like I said it will need to be moved around a lot so I think i'll keep this case. Also with a Mini ITX build there wont be to much upgrading in the future. As I already have 16gb of ram and there is room for only one gpu.
  4. I'm going to keep the two 120gb SSD's. Two SSD's in RAID 0 is a pretty big performance boost from what i've seen. Do you think that 430W is enough with overclocking? I'll look into a different cooler I guess
  5. Okay, I was looking at it before but I thought I would just get the CX430M just to save a few bucks. I'll change this now.
  6. So like the title says this is my first build and it will be used for gaming/video game development. I chose a Mini ITX build because this computer will have to be moved around a lot. The two SSD's will be in RAID 0. I mainly want opinions on the power supply. Is it reliable, will it have enough power to overclock? If not do you have any suggestions for a power supply in the same price range? Also do you think this might be overkill for what I need? If it is suggestions for cheaper parts would help! Thanks! 7. Damn I don't know how I missed that... I swear I was looking for 10 minutes. Thanks.
  8. The title says it all. I'm new to the forum and I want some opinions on the build that I will soon be making so where should I post that?
