So you can at least see the drive there, what color is the bar over the drive name? If it is black then you need to do a new partition of the drive to be able to see it in windows explorer.

Hi guys, I'm looking for a £110 gaming pc case, ATX full or mid tower. £110 is the limit. I was looking at the phantom 530 but it has been pushed back to the end of September
My planned specs are : i5 4670k, z87x d3h, corsair 600w psu, 8gb corsair low profile ram, 212 evo, 2tb seagate barracuda.
I'm waiting for the 9000 series cards to come out to chose a gpu

The 8000 series cards are just OEM rebranded 7000 series cards. The 9000 series will bring in the new architecture and die shrink. They are rumored to be announced at the end of August so should be launching soon after that.

Amd does have amazing integreated gpus, they also have chips in all the new consoles. Their cards overclock way more than nvidea, they have more ram, wider buses, more compute power. Just saying :p

I'm a programmer. I recently upgraded to three monitors for gaming and work and I discovered that this was a bridge too far for my old system which gave me the excuse I needed to build a new system.

Maybe he didn't know. Not everyone on the forum knows everything about computers. Some people don't even know how to put on a CPU heatsink and thats why they come here to find out how.

Sell them all and buy a car....

I like the R4 because it looks very good. I think it has a very clean and mature look to it. I also like that it has silencing features. And I like the way it's organized on the inside. There are many cases which has good internals, some that have noise silencing and very few that looks as good as the R4 ;) Another thing is that reviewers tend to say that it's a lot of case for the money.

Well... Short answer is no not really.
Although pci gen 2 16x is half that of gen 3 16x, no GPU ever really maxes out the bandwidth of a pci 3 16x.
There will be some performance effect due to lower bandwidth but it won't be much, maybe a very few frames when gaming
