  1. Haven't checked the forum in a while :/, sorry guys. But, my budget is nothing over a grand, and yes, I know this isn't the best value price range. But, I can't blow more than a grand on my system. And, yes I did forget about RAM. Do you fine people have any recommendations for cheap RAM?

  5. Fantastic means a big, HD+, IPS panel monitor. Lower end means a 1600x900, cheaper monitor.
  6. It seems people still play on a console even though they're extreme PC gamers. I do as well. I don't own an Xbox, but I do own a PS3. I haven't touched it in two years, but I've recently been picking up the controller again for EVE: Dust 514. AWESOME game.
  7. I PC game most of the time. I play console when some of the games I want to play aren't available on PC. Ahem, Dust 514, HALO.
  8. I own a PS3 and a Wii from when I was younger. I had no idea PC gaming was SO much better. After a few years of playing video games on these consoles, my good friend introduced me to the world of computer hardware. From there, I vowed I would never play a game on a console ever again. After saving up for a few months, I built my first rig. First game I played on my new rig...MINECRAFT.
  9. So, this is purely personal preference. But, would you rather have one fantastic monitor for your needs, or would you have two lower class monitors? Keep in mind, "fantastic" is a relative word.
  10. Wow. Thanks to all of you. You really helped. :)
  11. I am absolutely in LOVE with the Bitfenix Shinobi. Thermal solutions are great, and it just looks SEXY.
  12. Whoops, the top one is OC'd and the bottom one is non-OC'd, sorry.
  13. For Nexus: Non-OC'd: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX37901 OC'd: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX37891
  14. I'm choosing a new graphics card for my PC. But that's not the point. The point is, I've found a card that I like. The Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB. That costs about $150 where I am. However, there is a factory overclocked version that's $5 more. Is it worth it? How much will OC improve the card's performance?
