How much does the 580 make? 

no idea man, I have no idea how to check it, I did something earlier today that lasted 40min.

it says unknown, but it has been all the way up to 26-28k I think it was when it was working 

Here, check those numbers.

#1 is total PPD, so that's CPU and GPU(s) combined. 

For each component you can check

#2 which is base credit what you get without having a passkey, then the credit you get for the current Work Unit and the PPD that is expected from the component.

28k would be quite low for a 1700X on full throttle. As you can see here, my 3900X get's over 200k. i'd expect at least 100k from a 1700 but i can check back with my 1700X later if you want

The 580 should be around 400k i guess.

yes, you are currently not doing any work at all because you can't get a WU. Same here right now

yeah, I did some work earlier this morning, was quite interesting tbh

got a WU, seems like it is only hitting my CPU now. Seems like my CPU tops out at 50k PPD

@FloRolf as already stated many times, if the WU availability stays as is the minimum requirements will be altered or waived

ah okay cool.

My previous videocard was an RX 580, which got about 350K PPD, on a good day. That was the pre-C22 days though, so that number may have increased.

I used to fold on my CPU too (R7 1700), but I forgot what the PPD on that thing looked like..

But an RX 580 already makes a good amount of points, for a good cause

@minibois I saw someone mention earlier today that they were getting up to 500k points with an RX580 on the Core22 units. Core22 gives a pretty good boost across the board.
