That CPU might require a BIOS update for that motherboard. B450 boards were updated to support Zen2 3xxx CPUs. Zen2+ APU/APU derived chips and newer Zen3 CPUs are not plug and play compatible.

Chuck it on eBay as "for parts or not working" and hopefully get at least a couple hundred bucks back from some optimistic soul who thinks they can succeed where others have failed. 

The moment you see artifcating return the card IMMEDIATELY next time. Artifacting after doing a DDU means the card is DEAD and 99.99% of the time it's unfixable.

sounds like a driver issue. boot in safe mode install your GPU/chipset drivers. 
Call NZXT and complain that they sent your an inoperable PC. 

Are you saying you only have two PCI-e slots and they're already full? otherwise just show your SSD into the lower x8 slot and it will work fine. 

What are the first 8 numbers on the psu? In 2020 there was an recall of them (numbers from 194448xx to 201148xx). I doubt thats the issue, but doesnt hurt to check.

If you have two factor authentication on, just sign out of everything. Then you will know any sign in is legitimate.  
In most cases if the IP and location are the same it's not malicious, google just has an issue classifying the session type.

is your case properly grounded?  (PSU securely bolted metal to metal, no washers, MoBo screwed in metal to metal, not rubber washers, PSU using a 3-pin power cable?)

call corsair and ask for replacement cables. don't buy used PSUs in the future unless you can verify all of the cables are with it. 

Wired and Wireless network cards are physically different and the chances of both being faulty are extremely slim. I would try first to update your drivers of the network cards from the Manufacture of the chip, NOT your motherboard vendors or Windows as those will likely be out of date. You can find out the exact model by right clicking on the start menu and going to Device Manager. Locate Network Adapters and right click on them and go to Properties then select Driver. In my case its an Intel I211 NIC, so I would search for the driver on Intels site and download that driver. Same for the WIFI driver.

I'd suggest installing TrueNAS, setting up SAMBA shares for windows sharing, and FTP for anything you might need to send/receive remotely. 

I'd also suggest a 4RU chassis, if you need short depth, for only ATX/ITX I suggest a silverstone.

always make sure your network can handle the traffic you throw at it too. setting up a NAS with a 10/100 NIC isn't the best idea.

I wouldn't buy a gaming motherboard for this. nor a "K" processor, as you're not going to overclock it. 
motherboards with two NICs are nice for a case like this, but features like LEDs and WiFi aren't really worth the money.
