  1. interesting choice. may i ask why you have both of theses GPUs in the same rig? Specifically the Intel Ark?
  2. Corsairs is meh, but it works. you can see if OpenRGB works too. it's suppose to support everything (kinda) https://openrgb.org/
  3. it's possible. I use a Wraith spire, as the stealth wasn't doing the job, it now exhaust upwards and works like a champ in my case. you have to use a tiny screw driver to pop the fan off and flip the shroud.
  4. are you using RayTracing? can you do a screen record and upload that video somewhere to demo the effect when recorded? it's probably not your monitor.
  5. oof. I have had great luck with Asus motherboards! but I always splurge on the ROG high-end variations of those boards. Gigabyte is decent for price/performance, but I think their customer support and RGB software support is trash. MSI is supposed to be good, but I haven't had enough experience with them, their customer support, nor their MysticLight software.
  6. Win11 does have issues with drivers in my experience, but you can also try updating the GPU drivers with a clean install.
  7. I agree with this. the entire reason I traded my Wraith Stealth for the Wraith Spire was because of temps. there was no performance gain to be had other than releasing my from the chains of thermal throttle. maybe OP should just try stock and watch temps, then replace if needed later.
  8. I run the ryzen 5600X, i would upgrade the stock cooler. I run the stock cooler form the 5700X, because it's a bit taller and cools fine in my ITX case. the stock 5600 cooler did not cool well enough in my ITX case. if your case has really good airflow, maybe the stock is fine, but i'd buy something just a touch better.
  9. did you reset CMOS after the flash? also, unplug your PSU, hold the power button for 10 seconds, replug and repower. tell me results.

yes, the gift program looks for an AMD GPU or CPU before it will give you the gift.
  11. well dang. your slots are dead, or your CPU isn't allowing dual channel, or may need a reseat. i'd say you might be out of luck if a CPU reseat isn't working. while doing a reseat, be sure to check your MoBo socket pins for bending. I'd also inspect the motherboard for damage.
  12. https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/cpkcCJ/great-amd-gaming-build it's in the build template. also, swap out the PSU to a 750W+ swap out the GPU for what you like, as long as you get a GPU that can support it. swap out RAM or M.2 to what you like. i'd get Corsair/GSkill/etc RAM.
  13. as a former 1000D owner, I can say this series by Corsair is too big. it's huge. here's a copy pasta to describe it. HOLY COW. Your Case is gigantic. GIGANTIC. Your Case is literally the biggest thing within the tri-state area. Your Case is bigger than a small elephant. It is bigger than, like, a tree. A big ol' tree. Probably a coniferous. Lots of branches on your Case. You must wake up every morning and thank the good lord above. You are truly blessed. Congrats.
  14. nevermind. looked into it. looks like it only supports DX11. I'm at a loss.
  15. first, don't buy EA games! secondly, if you want to buy games you better install ALL the launchers! STEAM GOG EA EPIC BATTLENET ROCKSTAR-CLUB-THING UPLAY! install them ALL!!!!!! no FR FR, no cap, just don't buy the game. you'll have to use the launcher.
  16. i'd try to get some RAM that isn't any of those four. Occasionally the RAM slots do fail, but it's rather unlikely. What's the likelihood you did not evenly seat your CPU into your socket and some of the MoBo pins are not in contact with your CPU? this may be an issue where you RAM slots do not connect to your CPU because of lack of pin contact.
  17. I would try without any GPU first. then with one, then swap one GPU for the other.
  18. and you're getting what kind of fps? if you don't like your FPS you can waste more cash on a better GPU, or turn down your graphics settings and live with yourself. everyone that's showing off their performance on youtube is normally running an environment that favors a benchmark. AKA a clean windows install with no background services. realism isn't shown in benchmark videos. you can try to OC your card for a bit more performance, but you may run into stability issues. there is no quick fix to feeling bad about your purchase. understand that other people's score are inflated.
  19. I'd always suggest get more RAM per stick. https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Vengeance-3200MHz-PC4-25600-CMW32GX4M2E3200C16/dp/B081XWLQKS/ref=sr_1_4?crid=XTV2PXIDX1YY&keywords=corsair+rgb+ddr4+3200&qid=1672261042&sprefix=corsair+rgb+ddr4+3200%2Caps%2C81&sr=8-4 @Middcoreis right, you should try 1&3rd slots or 2&4th slots. but your motherboard manufacture normally posts tested RAM kits that you should consult before buying just any RAM. https://pangoly.com/en/compatibility/asus-tuf-gaming-z590-plus-wifi/ram (check QVL) regardless, i'd test more RAM in your slots before calling it a RAM or MoBo issue.
  20. nVidia works really hard on their drivers to fix a lot of graphical issues that game makers overlook. that's why there are driver updates the same days that big game titles launch. have you tried to get the game to run with another API like DX11, DX9, or OpenGL? does dark souls 3 even support this option?
  21. cry gentle and remember that Facebook/meta ruined the Oculus brand and opt for something not Meta/Oculus next time. I assume you've also done a GPU driver update as a clean install?
  22. you're correct. sorry. I was hopping threads really quickly. this is your semi-annual reminder to clean it out though!
