    Hi, there!

I intend to make a bootable USB drive with the following abilities:

    - multiple Windows ISOs (Win 10, 7, XP);
    - multiple Linux distros;
    - ability to add / remove bootable ISOs
    - ability to add other tools / programs

My question is which program do you advise to compile the USB stick?

I know Rufus is great, but it only works with one ISO, and I know there is lots of options out there. But which one you think it's better / easier / more reliable?

    Thanks in advance!

PS: Sorry for my english but it's not my native language...

i suggest using Micro SDs for each OS, then using a USB adapter to slot each one.
you can get a card that can hold all of your Micro SD cards.

    just RUFUS each card.

My monitor does not support hdmi so I tried using a hdmi to vga adapter but every time my mointor even doesnt show the boot menu instead it shows a error in monitor saying Input Signal Out Of Range Change Settings to 1366x768 60Hz. I already connected with another monitor which supports hdmi and it works fine and I changed resolution to as lowest as possible but it stills shows the same error. So how can I fix this? is there another kind of adapter that I should use? My monitor model:- HP Compaq LE1902x

    -snip-

you should use a powered adapter. also known as an active adapter.
HDMI is digital, VGA is analog, so you need an active adapter that will "translate" the HDMI input into VGA for the monitor.

MY strategy is go to PCPartPicker, select all my parts, go to the PSU section, add filters for the features I'm looking for, and check off only reputable brands in the filters. Works well enough for me but it's a tad bit of a lazy way to do it. Works out fine though.

i do the same, but on newegg. filter to hell.
even if you don't end up buying on newegg.

the benefit of pcpartpicker is that it shoes you prices at multiple shops

    So I've a Dell Precision M6700 I7 3740QM / RAM 8GB / SSD 120GB + HDD 500GB/ VGA : NVIDIA QUADRO K4000M

I used to game on this machine a while ago, but it's getting slower recently, so I want to overclock the GPU, can anyone provide me a solution to this, I see the potential in this GPU, thanks everyone.

quadros aren't really for gaming and the keplar line is pretty old.

if you're set on OCing, use MSI afterburner or ASUS GPU Tweak II

i have a SilverStone FARA R1 White and would like  to know if the deepcool assassin 3 would fit inside i have a asus prime h310m-k and hyperx fury non rgb ram

specs show that it should fit, but just barely. the cooler is 165mm, the case fits up to 165mm. might be tight.

None. It crashed into black screen, with fans spinning at max speed. How can I check RAM ? memtest ?

Memtest if it's stable enough. otherwise try one stick at a time in different slots.

I recently upgraded from my Asus GTX 1050 2gb to a Gigabyte RX 590 8gb. Seeing as I no longer needed my old card, I gave it to a close friend of mine who still runs older hardware (an i3 and 8gb DDR3 RAM if I remember correctly)

The problem is that he already has an RX 560 6gb and we want to know if it's at all possible to run them in tandem with each other. Could that work with modified drivers? Or would he be better off sticking with just one card? If that's the case, which should he go with?

you can use them to run multiple monitors, but they will not combine processing power.

Yeah sorry,im just extremely sleepy this morning, yeah i meant pump

i'd plug the pump into CPU_FAN, then the fans into SYS_Fans via a splitter to make sure they're in sync.
or plug them all into a 1-3 splitter from the CPU_FAN header.

i don't see any reason that it would be an issue. that's how we used to do it before we hand pump headers. or we used MOLEX to fan adapters.

My antivirus (malwarebytes) detected some stuff on windows file as "Riskware" the malwarebytes website said its from a pirated Os but I didn't download pirated Os (I used the non activated version from the legit microsoft website)

    no. no need to worry.

honestly I no longer recommend MalewareBytes, because Windows defender has gotten good enough for most people now.

  10. it depends on what you want to do. if you just want more monitors, then any GPU will do.

If you want to use them like SLI or Crossfire they must be the same GPU.

If you just want to use Eyefinity or NVidia surround, i don't think they have to be the same model, but they have to be the same brand.

  11. i'd upgrade the PSU, fully modular is nice, and most pre-builts don't have that. it helps with cable management.
plus you should make sure you get enough wattage out of it. (obviously it works, but how much headroom do you have?)

then maybe i'd upgrade the GPU.

    the rest looks good

I need something for a stream, I don't want the game sounds to get picked up by my mic. The thing is with earbuds inside my ears, it feels really weird to talk, can even hear myself breathing etc. Normally I would just wear a headset, but it's pretty hot in my room and only going to get hotter in the next couple of months. So I'm looking for something super lightweight and comfortable, but doesn't actually go in the ear. I don't want it to have a microphone, and bonus points if it's wireless. Can anyone recommend me something that ticks the boxes? Thank you.

game sounds should never be picked up by the microphone anyway.
whatever software you use for the microphone and game recording should filter out any game audio with AEC, automatic echo cancelation.
