  1. Reset the memory and the GPU... did you apply thermal paste? (Just in case)... If that does not work, remove everything outside the case. Set the motherboard and install ONLY the CPU, one stick of RAM and if you do not have integrated graphics, then put the GPU... also, Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor only. Try it that way and if it works, then start adding things one by one. If it does not work, then you have a bad component, let us know and we can work from there...
  2. Simply because the sweet portability of that small rig. And low power consumption rules... Nicely done, well balanced...
  3. Wow, nice giveaway... I like the Feenix Aria Headset... looks amazing... as stylish as it gets!
  4. I want one... why you ask? I have a non-gaming grade wireless mouse and since I just refresh my entire CPU, why not do the same with peripherals also... Glorious PC Master Race Also, I've heard good things about the brand... why not give them a try and see how they do...
  5. Hey Linus, awesome video... I have been painting some peripherals from my last system to match the new setup. Your method seems much much better... so actually learn a few things. Too bad I went through the entire video wishing you mention a price or at lease a price range. I know it can be looked up but it would make the watching experience a lot better. Anyway, love your videos, cheers to the whole team. Keep them coming... cheers...
  6. Liked the video, I was already wanting to buy a G910, but price (or the lack of money) has kept me from doing so so far... I have a G13 and would like to see a new version comming up with these switches...
  7. I do not particularly like the 60% keyboards, but I understand the reason behind them, but why not do what my favorite non-gaming keyboard did... the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop, this is a 60% + 40% keyboard, you do not have to sacrifice the keypad, nor have to buy a separate one. I have always liked ergonomic keyboards, and I know that specially the wireless keyboards are not good for gaming, but I like the possibility to take it away from my "work area" in case I need to do something else. This is why I have a Logitech G13 pad for gaming to complement my setup.
  8. Does anybody knows if they ever fixed the "zero hand-off" in the AC version?
  9. Congratulation on this important achievement. Hope this helps you financially as I personally do enjoy your videos and the format of them. I have been using your affiliate link in Amazon and recently bought my X99 $2500+ system and hope you get a big cut off of that as your team did a great job at guiding me towards the hardware I got. You deserve it, keep it up guys...

  13. For office use, they are both really unnecesary in my opinion. However, if there is to have a choice, my technical perspective says memory is more important, however, from experience, I would go for the SSD. I know this does not clarify much, but I have been using a lot of business computers and not many have more than 4GB, but the ones with SSDs are so much sweeter... so my vote goes for SSD.
  14. The GTX 970 is able to run 1080p surround without even breaking a sweat... The 290 and 290X are good, but like you mention, more noise, more voltage and more heat... I would prefer the GTX 970, the memory issue was just something unconfortable to find out when it was advertised without all the details, but it has never change the performance since the beggining...
