To fix stuttering in GTA5 as well as any other game-
Open Nvidia Control Panel
Go to Manage 3D settings
Go to Program Settings
Click Add if gta5 isn't in the list and add it
In "Specify the settings for this program", change shader cache to off
Click apply
 
In doing so, the load times will be substantially longer, but as long as your cpu is fast enough, the game will be smoother and there will be less stuttering and juddering from trying to load the cache from your disk drive. 

You're right. Why would I want a Model T if it's slow, dangerous to drive, and pricey for it's hp to cost ratio?

Audio is analogue, how are you suppesed to hear digital things? Hence a DAC, it makes the digital signal analogue. You have a audio files on your PC that is digital, how are you going to hear that without a DAC and amp? You can't. Speakers are analogue, headphones are analogue. They move air to create sound.
The analogue signal a DAC makes is not that powerful hence you need a amp to give it power.
 
phone has a DAC and amp, your TV has a DAC and amp, your laptop has a DAC and amp, your desktop has a DAC and amp.

Audio file -> DAC -> amp -> Speaker/headphones

No, at best this test is inconclusive and at worst, it's click bait. If they were to conduct the same test again with a new iPhone 7 and it broke, would you conclude that it doesn't surpass it's IP67 rating?

This is a feature introduced with iOS 9 called "Proactive" It remembers when, where, and how often you use a certain app/apps.
 
Say for a week I open FaceBook every morning at 7AM in my home. After a few days my lock screen will have a small FaceBook icon in the bottom left on my iPhone lockscreen at around 7AM.  

What would you rather have? 100 Titan Xp sales with $800 profit each or 10000 1080ti sales with $400 profit each? The goal of the Titan Xp isn't to make a lot of money because it isn't expected to sell well.

And the only people that are worse than those that blindly buy/praise apple are those that blindly shit on apple. 

I would shift everything down 1 tier -
Tier 1 should be borderline 4k
Tier 2 should be borderline 1440p
Tier 3 should be borderline 1080p
Tier 4 should be borderline 900p
Tier 5 should be merged with Tier 4.
 
That is how I would arrange it if I use 4xMSAA in games.
