    CS:GO Tips

I have been playing CS:GO for about 6-7 months now and I'm merely a silver 2 and i want to get better. Does anybody have any tips?
  2. I would salvage parts for my computer, like the hard drive, RAM, optical drive and more. Here is a good video by AwesomeSauce Network explaining it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdfFpGhoOqk
  3. i used msi kombustor for the benchmarks and stress tests. Before the overclock, Furmark had 2274 points and 37 fps. Physx 3 fluids had 4956 points and 82fps. Lakes of titan had 38836points and 647 fps. i finalized the overclock at a boost of +123 for core clock and +124 for the memory clock. After the overclock, Furmark had 2585 points and 43 fps. Physx 3 fluids had 2277 points and 37fps. lakes of titan had 18982 points, and 316 fps. And no, i didnt try to reinstall the drivers.
  4. it is non-reference, and it is also the super super clocked version if that means anything.
  5. I started overclocking my gpu, and everything is fine, i run some bench marks to compare to before i overclocked, and they were much worse than before. Please help me i do NOT want $350 to go to waste. I have an EVGA gtx 970, and i was using MSI Afterburner.
  6. 16GB of RAM is a little bit overkill for what you are trying to do. I would go with 8GB, save a couple bucks, and maybe upgrade to an r9 290, for future if you want to play (slightly) more demanding games down the road.
  7. Ok thanks for your help, I'll buy the OEM system builder version and install it.
  8. So I am just about done finishing my first custom built PC ever, all I need left is the graphics card and OS. I am kind of new to this, and I need help. I need to know a way that I can install Windows 8.1 on my new PC. I don't have any laptops or other computers, I have a smartphone and a tablet that might be able to help. I have an optical drive to use and a 12GB usb flash drive that I could use also. Please and thank you for your help.
  9. Ya I have a monitor and speakers on hand ready to use and thank you so much for all your help, I really appreciate it.
  10. I kind of wanna some some gaming and a little editing just for fun maybe and browsing with some you tube vids but I want it to be powerful
