No, don't even do it for more than 5 seconds. It's alright to do it just to see if a system turns on but it will probably kill itself before the windows login screen pops up.

You can't just pick random parts that "might" have been in the PC. The case was different, motherboard was nicer, psu was better, and the monitos came with a dual monitor stand. This was also several months ago when prices were different/ higher.

That's the thing though, overpricing is completely in the eye of the beholder unless it's over MSRP. Even then, if there's demand and no supply, that's not really overpriced, it's pricing to market conditions. What you might see as a rip off, someone else sees as either necessity pricing, or a good deal. "Useless overpriced parts" again, in the eye of the beholder. If the person isn't willing to put in the research to find out what they need, they shouldn't be hunting the used market for what they need. They should be going to a shop.
 
In this case, the build @Droidbot came up with might not even be representative of what he sold. He just picked the cheapest current pricing for a generic part. He could have had much better monitors, higher end motherboard, etc etc.

I do admit they look alike but the rosewill one is exactly like the anidees one but the define r5 and anidees at least have some major differences

Kinda sounds like there is still something on the gpu causing the problem. Inspect the gpu to make sure there is nothing on it.

Because it's better to have too much RAM then too little plus 2GB of it is going to be assigned to the graphics side of the APU (also if it's changed to a storage server, it'll be best to have enough RAM to support specific NAS OS's).
