Update your card's bios and request a thermal mod kit for free (product registration is required, prepare your serial number and scan/upload the invoice).

Check HERE if your graphics card is affected.

Sata express is a dead standard IMO. M.2 is great for small form factor, and u.2 is for high capacity. M.2 and u.2 are basically the same thing.

SATA Express is a dying standard.  it will go away soon.
M.2 and U.2 are basically the same ... EXCEPT that

M.2 is a SLOT on the motherboard.   No Power Cable required.  No I/O Cable required.   *Might* have HEAT issues on the motherboard.

U.2 is a PORT on the motherboard.  Needs a power cable.  Needs an I/O Cable.

Both M.2 and U.2 are PCIe based standards (the same standard) so its really just a choice of form factor and cabling.

Many people choose U.2 because its "easy to understand" as as cable attached SSD.
M.2 can be invisible to people that never used before, and they dont know where/ what the SSD is.

I expect both M.2 and U.2 to survive.  as above, different usage models (cables or invisible?)

Yeah, AIDA64 is one of the least stressful stability tests out there.  I'm not saying it's a bad test as I use it myself, but I use it along with several other test to determine stability.  AIDA64 is the coolest running of all my test unless I run the FPU test only by itself on AIDa64.  If you haven't tried that yet, please do and you'll see what I mean.  Otherwise, when I do run AIDA64 it's with CPU, Cache, and FPU selected only.  Selecting anything else only makes the test run even cooler and the test will run a lot longer without exposing any errors.

OCCT is a great test that generally finds errors a lot faster than something like Prime95 and without all of the power being pushed through your HWE chip.  It's going to get quite a bit warmer than AIDA64, but that's to be expected if you are actually trying to make sure that your overclock is stable.

Bottom line is, a lot of people like to use AIDA64 because it's easy to pass.  It's up to you.

Wrong. Memory clock is Memory clock, not Cache Ratio. Cache Ratio is the multiplier for (you guessed it) the cache, much like you have a multiplier for the CPU core.

Note: Gigabyte calls this Uncore, because let's be different than everyone else and make things confusing.
Can help stabilize RAM OCs, along with VCCIO.
