    mechanicalkeyboards.com have the ANSI UK layout for Leopold, I believe, but the corsair sounds like its a better keyboard in pretty much every area for you, so go ahead and get that one.

    First, try to send it to Razer for a replacement. Even if it's out of warranty, they may still give you a discount.

    Corsair makes good stuff so they're a good choice. I'm a person that would build their own keyboard but a lot of people don't want to take the time to do that. Corsair is probably your best choice unless you're considering Logitech.

    Theres a company that makes more typing based keyboards but are amazing quality, Leopold. I can't really think of anything off of the top of my head for gaming that isn't corsair, logitech, or razer.

    Predator 360 when it comes out and you don't need the bracket. use a ek water block designed for your gpu and go to their config on their website.
     
    Edit: if you're planning on cooling both a gpu and a cpu with you'll need two of them if you can fit them in your case of course
