  1. Epyc processors have no expected launch date to my knowledge. I need this system by January end. Should I wait? Regarding 2990wx, can you throw a price breakdown for components.?
  2. We wont be using GPU based rendering. I have mentioned that in my initial description.
  3. 1. Budget & Location 2,50,000 INR or 3,500 USD - Country: India 2. Aim 3d architectural visualisation, 3d walkthrough and virtual reality scenes. Software used : Autodesk 3ds Max with Corona Renderer (CPU based), Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autocad, Adobe Ps and Ai. There maybe some other minor ones but these are used daily. High speed read and write disk/ssd for cache files. 3. Monitors Currently 1 monitor will be used(IPS,21",1080p). In future I might add one more of same specs. 4. Peripherals No peripherals. Just a monitor. This budget is for hardware only, so OS shouldn't be inlcuded. 4.2 Case Cheapest best case possible. 5. Why are you upgrading? We are adding a new employee so we need a new system. Note: 1. I prefer AMD more when it comes to CPU but feel free to share your reasoning behind your answer. 2. Since my renderer is CPU based only I suggest listing the fastest possible CPU in the budget. I am curious about xeons but there are so many models that it was getting really confusing. 3. I dont know if i need a high end gpu since i dont game and nor my renderer uses it. 4. Should i consider watercooling? Will it improve render times?
  4. It still wouldnt fit 970 2000 inr short also you havent included price of keyboard and mouse and cpu cooler coz i want to overclock with 212 evo. So like 3500 inr extra are added.
  5. no i live in Gujarat and i found that buying onlne is cheaper here.
  6. The reason i am buying gtx 970 is that later i7 4790 would compliment it and i would not face any upgrades in recent years otherwise your suggestion is good
  7. Sorry i was thinking something else and typed something else LOL I meant nvidia
  8. Yes i was thinking the same about upgrading to i7 4790k and other stuff but that would a year later.Especially i like the msi gaming series.
  9. I think radeon cards show same performance as a amd based gpu would
