I have been recently have an unexpected shut down every 5/10min when I get into gta, all my drivers are up to date (I have rolled back up gpu driver still no change) What could be causing this and how do I fix this issue?

I have tried those thing but still no use, my fps stays above 60fps and my temperatures are normal.

I've been have bad freezing/lagging in every game I play, for instance one minute I'm getting 60/70 fps and then it will struggle to get to 20. I have put my settings to lowest I can get them and I still have the same problem, I have had this problem despite the driver, I have the latest driver. Any ideas on how Ican I fix this?
