I got into the #2012. I was worth leaving my PC on for many days straight.
Thank you, @GOTSpectrum @Metallus97 @leadeater @j1philli. I had fun being part of this. Hope to join future events.

Thank you @GOTSpectrum @Metallus97 @leadeater @j1philli for all that you have done the past 2 weeks. And of course to the entire LTT and greater folding community, this was a welcomed distraction and a friendly competition. Now to look into getting a dedicated folding rig..

Waw! OMG I'm a prize winner, am I?! 😮😃
It was 2 weeks of madness here... My 7820X was screeming every night because I left its overclock on, and during the day I put my 2080ti at 150W powercap so it's not summer in my self-quarantine appartment already! It was jet-engine noise all nights long... And you know the best part? After 20 days of folding (I started earlier than the contest), I just had a major power fail due to my failing UPS! 😅 The RAID5 checked no error (after 12 hours verification...), so I'm still happy 😆
@GOTSpectrum here is the winning proof:
95 Mesterial Mesterial 25,017,090 410 14 25USD Steam Gift Card
I'm pausing folding for the time I change the battery of my UPS, so to account for that, I got an LTT folding shirt 🙂
Thank you for this great event!

Honestly the drinks are the easy part of I have like 3 cocktail books anyway, I like my drinks lol.
Please don't forget to give thanks to @Metallus97, @j1philli and @leadeater for everything that have done too. We're a smaller team than usual so their involvement can not be understated! Metallus has really helped with tech support and the FAQ along with some data validation, Mr Philli has been a massive support with data validation and Leadeater has been instrumental in ensuring we can ingest the data from Stanford in a reliable manner.
But most importantly you need to thank everyone folding, you guys are the ones that really make this, not us three!

Thanks for the event GOT and all involved.
Should open in Google docs and then just Ctrl+F ?
Also can go to Edit -> Find and replace OR Ctr+H for your more advanced finding needs.
I'm one of the 0 plebs, been flat out with work and so haven't been micro managing the client when it keeps extending the retry
Think I lost the WU lottery.
Also been doing Rosetta due to CPU WU shortages.
Womp Womp

YES! THANKS TO THEM AS WELL!!!! Also, I'm super happy with my placing so far! I'm #59! THAT is AMAZING in this field of SO MANY! And I'm just glad to be a part of this whole endeavor.

Thanks! I appreciate it,
but don't forget @Metallus97 and @j1philli have both helped with the FAQ and data validation.
Plus @leadeater wrote the script that pulls the data from the Stanford servers. I'm just fiddling with a spreadsheet and talking out my arse really!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for all this work you're doing! It's a huge number of participants to keep up with. People like YOU are the reason that these kinds of endeavors work! The rest of us are just riding on your back.

I have to say, this was one of the hardest first days I've had yet for one of these events... The sheer workload has been mental but I would not change it for the world!
Fold on people, lets make it rain WUs!

Honestly the ones with the highest PPD are the ones hoarding gaming GPUs with multiple systems not the server guys, and they don't mine.

Hmmmmmm. Maybe if we continue to do these challenges we should break things down into "leagues" or "conferences". Separate people into 3 groups.... those running professional hardware like Epyc or Xeon CPUs, Quadro GPUs, and mining farms; HEDT hardware like Threadripper and Titan cards; and people running consumer grade hardware. That would make it so you could "compete" against someone else with more similar resources.

It was no easy task in 20-30% the time we usually take for an event and its still a little rough.
The points will be shown on actual day events like it has been on every other event so far.
Don't worry, relax, the data will flow!
Once again I wanna thank @j1philli and @Metallus97 for really pulling together with data handling and the FAQ.
And @leadeater for smashing out a script that seriously helps reduce the work load!

That would be quite the trick seeing as I'm not signed up. I feared I would be really tied up at work with the nature of the current emergency and was for a couple of weeks getting things ready but since then things have slowed down massively and there is a change freeze in-place so project work has pretty much ground to a halt and most operations as well.
I decided to not participate anyway as I'm focusing on my duties as a Beta tester and providing regular reports to the researchers so Work Units can quickly transition out of Beta and to the general population. This gives me a bit of an un-fair advantage in some ways as with some recent changes I've been getting fed Beta WUs non-stop.
The good news is that there are a ton of new CPU and GPU Work Units being prepared and at least 2 of the new massive Work Servers close to being in production with a few smaller ones popping up so I'm hoping things will improve so we can fully utilize all this contributed power.

Just want to say that @j1philli and @Metallus97 have been massively helpful with handling of the event such as the FAQ and helping to validate users.
Also @leadeater has been a major part of ensuring we can get the data we need from the Stanford servers with his script.
So although I have been a massive part of this I think it's important that we all thank the others who have helped in a significant way too!
