    Sorry I've been afk as of late. College is intense this semester and haven't had much free time. I'll be more engaging when the semester is over.

    No. And I'll agree it sucks. But you don't get that choice. Sure you can fight it but you aren't going to win against the federal government. And 1.2m for 400 acres a desert ain't bad.

    U.S. Government is legally allowed to sieze land for government use. The only kick back is that they will give said own market price for the land.
