So you want a full server then.
Id get a used rack mount server. Depending on how much you want to spend, something like a dell r720 is probably a good buy. Then run a hypervisor on it like proxmox.

Awesome!
Glad to know it's working as it should be! I seriously love this build, didn't cost a whole lot and runs like a peach!

if you combine this flag with the "next-unit-percentage" flag and value "90", your client will start looking for a new WU when the one you are running is at 90%.
that way the chances of back-to-back WU's increases enormously!

I forget the exact boost table of AMD chips, but as you get warmer, you drop a bit of MHz every ~5c or so. So its likely in games your not getting as warm (not being used 100% of the time), and its able to boost a bit higher. But that is warm, but not "dangerous".

Personally this could be an issue with your graphics cards, if your graphics cards have been overclocked by you or someone you purchased them off, they may be over clocked too high, and causing graphical errors and crashes, to fix this issue you should put your computer in safe mode with networking, This will stop any applications that may overclock your gpu when the computer is on, once here, you can restore your gpus original setting via an app such as msi afterburner, if this is not the issue however then it may genuinely just be a monitor issue

Pairing an i7 9700K with a 1660ti is a bit much to be honest. You don't need an i7 for that 1660ti, you're better off getting something like a ryzen 5 3600 or i5 9400(f or non f).
Also there's no point buying windows 10 for 140$ when you can just buy a key online for like 5-10$
Another thing is that for storage you could pick up a 500gb NVME ssd from intel and a 2-3TB hard drive unless you already have a hard drive in which case the SSD is fine.

You could get more practical with your CPU, PSU and RAM and use that money to get yourself a better video card. You'd end up with a lot more gaming performance for the same cost.
