  1. What are you looking for in a case? The haf xb and Prodigy are very different cases, but I personally prefer the looks of the prodigy.
  2. It depends on the look you want, but now they're are many cool cases that have recently come out/coming out for m-atx. Something like the 350d didn't exist until recently, and it is a really cool option to build a PC in. Also, with the new m-atx motherboards for Haswell, I would probably go for m-atx.
  3. Yep, as Linus has said many times, look at Asus' Xonar line, and just find the one that fits your budget.
  4. I have mine on all of the time, because why not?
  5. Maybe Sony MDR-V6s. You can usually find pretty good deals on Amazon for them, and they sound amazing. The only downfall is that they will put more pressure on your ears than the ATH-m50s, and some people say they get uncomfortable after several hours of listening.
  6. Seems like a pretty cool idea. It's a cool product, but it will probably need a select customer to buy it.
  7. Occasionally. I should probably go more often, but usually just end up playing basketball or something.
  8. Do you really need two machines? You would save money, and be able to build a better machine if you just waited some until you had money to build a main rig.
  9. I would definitely say go for the h100i, so you can overclock your 3770k to the max. However, I would probably suggest saving some money and going for some Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz RAM, as the extra speed is only really utilized if you are using an APU. If you are doing editing, I suspect you may end up using Adobe's products, so you will want CUDA cores. I would say put the money you saved from the RAM into your GPU and get a GTX 770.
  10. Or you could get a GTX 670 Direct CU II Mini. Probably the shortest graphics card with a decent air cooler on it. Another option would just be to get a new case, if you really want an AMD GPU.
  11. I would look around for a Canon T3i on sale. Now that there are two new versions with pretty much no updates, you can find good deals on a refurbished, or even new t3i. It fits all of your requirements, and is even a great photo camer too if you want to get into photography.
  12. Basketball, football, ultimate frisbee, pretty much any sport, and photography.
  13. You could probably find a Canon T3i for around there on sale or refurbished. It's a great video camera, and a great camera as well.
  14. I would say go for the 780. While the SLI'd 760s will most likely perform better, there is the higher heat output, higher power usage, and the less compatibility in games. You have to rely on games that are SLI'd optimized, and not all are.
  15. Yeah, the 670s not a bad choice, but the 7970 definitely performs better. I would probably say save money with other components. Go for Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, as the extra speed is really not utilized unless your running an APU. Go for the 840 non-pro, as the real-world speed difference is minimal. Also, unless your planning some major upgrades, go for a Seasonic G Series 550w PSU. That should save $150 or so, which you could put into your GPU, or allow you to build your computer sooner. However, I would probably suggest waiting until you can build a PC that you want, and not downgrade components just so you could build it sooner. In the long run, you will probably enjoy it more if you wait.
  16. What case do you have? What motherboard size do you want/need?
  17. Yeah, that's pretty much my opinion too. Also, there haven't been many massive increases in hard drive technologies. So, other companies that brought out new and exciting products got more views.
  18. I would still go for the GTX 770. It performs better than a 680 at $100 less. Also, you could get an aftermarket design, such as Gigabyte's windforce cooler and overclock it, so you get the most for your money. What's your budget?
  19. Yeah, it makes sense that the Noctua and Ducky videos were more popular, as more people were interested in their new products.
  20. The GTX 770 will perform better than the 580 at a great price. If you don't have a tight budget, the GTX 780 would be a great choice.
  21. I would pay that for it. However, you have to take into account that that card is almost two generations behind. Potentially, that means the lifecycle of your card is less, and you will have to upgrade sooner to have the latest and greatest technology.
  22. Looks great. However, to save money, you could go for some Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz RAM, but I assume your going for Corsair Vengeance Pro for the looks.
  23. It depends on what your custom loop is. Yes, custom loops do tend to perform better, but I think that is usually because of the larger rad size, which can dissipate heat more efficiently.
