Also which part of the world are you in? Cable/HFC networks around the world can be designed differently specifically around the amount of customers per optical node.

Still no reply now been 5 days since initial contact @colonel_mortis could you potentially poke the Float Plane team getting frustrating that im not even getting a reply I understand they are small but still. 
The issues so far,  I have been charged but I lost access part way through the cycle then my current subscription was showing as canceled.

Both Skype and Word would mean person already knows how to type and generally use computer. Which makes wonder why wouldn't they already have basic familiarity with Word/Office. Skype is good one, maybe social media sites, YT and other video sites... It would all depend on what kind of disability person has. Like learning difficulties are whole other thing than motorization skill issues or hearing difficulties or being visually impaired.

Keep the Laptop on a Table or flat surface not a carpet, mattress or lap.
Try use the laptop in cooler areas rather than hot areas.
Adjust the Fan Profiles.

Take your time consult Manuals Watch Videos and take it slowly also do a out  of the box build first.

Cool but not going to be intrested for a few reasons:
Telstra's reliability is awful.
Their Coverage is beated by Vodafone in alot of areas.
Data Caps haven't and don't seem like they are going to increase enough to make that kind of speed worth while.
The locations where you could even think about getting those speeds available would be heavily congested meaning you don't get them
 
And Fibre could easily blow it out of the water if it was being deployed by NBN Co

Edit: Also Linus' Internet speeds are 1gbps/1gbps not 1gbps/150mbps

You got a point but lucky that I dont have internet problems. I buy the physical game for collection of the box art I guess? Plus for me I feel that the price is justified when I have a tangible copy of the game.

A friend of my father has started a delivery company i checked out his website and found a number of security issues so i wrote the following email.

I have noticed that you have created the site for your new delivery company there is just a few things that should be fixed/setup to make it a bit more secure. Firstly the directory's xyztest and /xyztest/Vendors/ shouldn't really be publicly accessible this can be fixed. Simply by creating a index.php file in those directory's and having the following code placed in them: <?php echo "<h1>Error 404 Not Found</h1>"; echo "The page that you have requested could not be found."; ?>
Secondly ssl should be forced site wide especially for things such as login data and personal information like phone numbers and addresses that would be transmitted via the drivers portal system. I have noticed when navigating to https://[DOMAIN OBSCURED] cpanel throws an error and redirects the user to the defaultwebpage.cgi indicating that ssl has not been configured, and that the ssl certificate is self signed. Really ssl should be forced site wide with a signed certificate.   Thirdly the wp-admin directory isn't hardened see this link about hardening the wp-admin directory http://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress#Securing_wp-admin   Fourthly this is purely aesthetic but the site title has the stock Just another WordPress site.   Finally the social media buttons in the bottom right corner don't link to the pages eg Facebook goes to https://www.facebook.com/ when it probably should goto https://www.facebook.com[Facebook Page Obscured] not really a security issue but just doesn't look professional. If NVIDIA is the only desktop/mobile discrete graphics company left, that affects NVIDIA in a negative way - some areas do not allow for monopoly and therefore, NVIDIA would not be able to sell their products in those areas.
