Usually but int the case of some analgesics it depends.  Drugs tend to do more than one thing.  I have some old fashioned antihistamines for example that are not sold as antihistamines but as sleep aids.  I also take ibuprophen which is an analgesic not for pain reduction but for inflammation reduction.

I wasn't taught cursive. I just prefer the elegance of it. It has also led to less smudging of ink on my hand (lefty) since there's no impact on the paper with every stroke/character.

If you want to really have something no one else can read Theres shorthand.  It was used for transcribing what someone said as they said it.  It’s the fastest writing system there is.  It’s also the hardest to learn though.  I suspect there are very few people under sixty who could even read it.  You’d basically have to find a retired executive secretary in some nursing home or other. 

Ah, I also use cursive exclusively and it was funny when people tried to cheat off of me that they couldn't read my answers. 

There used to be this company called Muzak that sold looping tapes of carefully chosen songs that would loop forever.  Employees found them torturous.

Try milli vanilli.  There was a YouTube video that trended a while back where someone found a shop that still had Muzak.  It mean that mc hammer’s “hammer time” played periodically so someone organized a flash crowd for it. Suddenly the whole area erupts in gold hammer pants.  It was hilarious.
