saw a small bird shot with a .22 once. More or less cored it out. There wasn’t much left but skin and feathers..22 for hunting is usually supposed to be just above sonic at the muzzle to avoid causing cavitation, especially in smaller game.

Modpack is Better Minecraft. It's looking pretty good so far, but I switched back to Medieval.

I've been using mushrooms for a long time. My mother is a vegetarian, so if I do make myself a burger, I'll usually make a veggie patty out of beans or mushrooms. Fungi should be a lot closer to meat anyways due to their bio pathways. The only thing they can't replicate well is the fatty flavors found in meats like beef or veal.
