To be frank, I don't really care if siblings decide to be kinky with each other, as long as it's not a situation where one is getting taken advantage of.

The problem is that offspring with a blood relative tends to greatly increase birth defects.  In a world where condoms and birth control exist I don't see a huge problem.

It’s definitely an interesting development in child psychology. It seems that both sexes are somehow wired to explore another sex’s body after leaving what is know as the concrete stage or genital stage depending on what school theory you subscribe to. 

Child psychology has more than 10 schools of theory and each has different reasoning for how things progress and for what reasons. Because

I’m an only child, so my opinions on siblings doing lewd acts are all completely hypothetical.
