You can ask @Volbet how to move to Denmark. Just be wary that income tax is around 50%.

But the healthcare and education tend to be free and pay tends to be higher, so it's offset and paid for between the two.

@captain_to_fire It's rather difficult, unfortunately. There has been a lot of reform to the immigration area in the last 20 years, so getting in is pretty tough.
If you have a job or is going to study it's somewhat easy, but even then it can be an exercise in futility.
Also, whole income tax thing is a bit iffy. The theoretical rate is somewhere between 47% and 64%, but after certain deductibles you often end up with a much lower effective tax rate.
The wages are also quite a bit higher to compensate.

@captain_to_fire The Conservative Peopl's Party certainly won't, but there are a couple of libertarian parties that would.
Although, even they won't come out the gate with a full on defunding of the healthcare system. Usually, they'll just call for promoting private health (which, yes, does exist as an alternative) or reforming and restructuring the current healthcare system.
